This is sad. I play a fair amount of costal. I won’t even touch blue water anymore with all these premium ships. I normally buy every pack but I refuse to buy any of these $79.99 ships. I even deleted all my blue water preconfigured lineups after the first $79.99 boat was introduced.
I think these ships are what killed naval RB for me.

I’d only buy for Navyfield flashbacks. So I’ll wait for a sale in a few years time, lol.

Yet another premium bote that I would love to add to my collection. Sad that Naval Arcade battles are so boring now 😴

You seriously want this amount of money for a single ship for a game mode that barely has players ?
Even AAA games can be bought for less.

Improved armour, 98 extra 25mm AA guns and an improved shell… that’s a very significant improvement. Once again the best ship in the class is premium while the TT version is in it’s oldest, most basic configuration.
Mutsu needs to be updated with her 1936 refit if this is being added. Having to buy $80 premiums to play ships in their actual wartime configurations is disgusting.

Ive not had an issue with arkangel however ive not aeen it much compared to say bismark or yomato

Would you gonna fix matchmaker that creates uneven teams in naval, were team of 8.0 facing team of 8.7, when even 0.3 BR difference in naval combat is way significant then in air or ground?

Little late, but its (I assume) because a full size mockup of Nagato was made for, and “starred” as the central set for the movie Tora! Tora! Tora! (1970). Hence the decal having that phrase instead of Niitaka yama nobore.

I do wish she would have a historical camouflage, but I personally can’t think of any camouflage Nagato actually had

I remember unlocking Nagato in Navyfield circa 2006-2007. I loved her. btw, is it:

Naga-tow

or

Na-gart-oh

In 1945 she had a camo consisting of; Kure Grey base coat, with sort of earthy green splotches on the hull and light grey “stripes” going up the superstructure. No blue, brown, or black anywhere, though the USNTMJ claims brown and black were used… somewhere.

(Pic of a model and not the real ship because the colorized photos aren’t great, but they show the exact same thing)

I am happy to see this ship added.

But I think whoever is doing your naval planning needs to consider playing the gamemode. And you may wish to evaluate if they actually know anything about the vessels they are planning to be introduced.

Naval currently seems to add the best versions of ships as event’s or premiums. Naval also seems to currently have large gaps between playable vehicles in nations. You also do not seem to be testing vehicles vs their peers to see if they can be killed.

And the last few updates have been utterly incoherent adding treaty-limited interwar designs and their evolutions in the same updates as adding ludicrous treaty breaking designs without realistic or historical practicalities reflected.

Nagato is just a symptom of a problem. You’re here adding what is nearly a whole new ship compared to Mutsu, as a premium. One that could have filled a gap in the Japanese tree with Mutsu in the same refit. If for example you’d held off and instead added Amagi along with Tosa a little bit later with Nelson and Colorado and then in the next update interwar designs with Mutsu and Nagato you could’ve had continuous progression.

Please, pick a naval enthusiast to plan future additions. Or consult one of your very knowledgeable naval-focused technical moderators who will also be able to advise you better than the current help.
