yeah who ever running naval is off there gourd with there proposals same with whoever accepting them gniesnau is .3 higher than scarnhorst while getting 15 inch top tier cannons

The Whole naval damage mechanic is horrible
It fixes all 3 things at 1 time
instead of just focusing on fire your crew fixes the fire and the flooding and the repairing all at 1 time
Please it needs to be an option for those who want it and those who want to stick with the old system.
That way those who want to fix 1 thing at a time can do so.

It made some sense that Mutsu was added pre-1936 refit… at the time… as she was one of the most powerful ships in the game, the added armour, AA and especially the better ammo would have been a bit much. But they need to either update her, add a researchable “refit” module to upgrade her (like the "addon armour mods on some tanks) or, my least preferred, but more likely , add her again post refit.
For ships with 3 or more in a class having 1 ship pre-refit, one post-refit and one event/ premium is fine IMO, but for a 2 ship class, if one is going to be paywalled, the TT version needs to be the most powerful version.
At least with the Scharnhorst/ Gneisenau, as bad as that was, they used a fictional refit for the premium…
