Well, technically it should have a better tracking, a better chaff resistance, a better detection reliability, should be more reliable vs clutter/side-lobe issues and finally have a better target discrimination with less seeker confusion.
To be honest I don’t know how it would be implemented in the game nor to what degree since we will lack documentations citing numbers in many cases.

You stated the mechanic is not present. They have created the mechanic and it exists. Just cause they haven’t implemented activated doesn’t change it’s existence. It’s only a matter of time before it gets moved over but in the meantime it will benefit the jet in the game mode.
Bad take because they can literally copy and paste the jet into the tech tree. Copy and pasting is what they’re best at.

As I said before it could very well be something like AIM-9G - AIM-9H type of upgrade which indeed improves tracking on paper but gives no real advantage in practice.

Not sure about the new one if were talking ‘Nuclear Thunder’ - but in the previous one, yes, only the Iranian F-14A was banned due to the overperforming nature of the Fakour-90 that got it moved up in BR in Realistic, but somehow still hasn’t gotten it moved up in Arcade. You could still play both the A and B I believe if they weren’t ranked out - it just took an eternity to get a match so easier to go down where the F-4’s were.
