Mig-25P is just worse and PDS/PDSL dont really bring anything relevant for WT to the table
you may see a worse MiG-25 but i see R-40T at lower BR to face more flareless planes
and thats the exact reason becasue it wont be added
because it wont have CMs and thus would be at a lower BR than the 25PD

Actually they can integrate the aim120A because it’s compatible and it’s been proven Countless times that what I mean. dude on the bottom of “not yet integrated” they’re literally talking about a f-14 test firing aim120 on a f14 against targets.that dosent just mean armaments but also the radar, store management subsystem and other stuff. I’m pretty sure fighter to fighter net also works with fighter to missiles updates

Implement all-aspect PD seeker for AIM-54C/C+ (issue already passed Community Bug Reporting System) at least. This change would make F14B competitive at 13.0 , and F14D a good 13.3 candidate.

Now that the F-14B officially has AIM-9Ms, it’s not a stretch to hope for the AIM-7P next. If Gaijin is worried about keeping the F-14D unique, a solid compromise would be changing the preorder pack from a Super Tomcat to an F-14B(U) instead. (Funny timing too with DCS literally just dropping their B(U) trailer.)
That would give the premium/preorder Tomcat a meaningful upgrade over the tech tree B, while leaving plenty of room for a full F-14D in the main tree later. We managed to get them to add the 9M, so hopefully we can push for the 7P too. Or honestly… just give the AIM-7P to the current F-14B already for the love of God.

Topic about AIM-7P every one. I think we should do a POLL about AIM-7P too.
They just need to fix AIM-54C and implement 54C+ with the upgrades. Then the plane will be ok at 13.0 (14B) and 13.3 (14D).
Fix their speed, G-overload and radar. The it will be fine.
7P even if it could use DL, would be pretty secondary if you had realistic 54Cs. Without the DL , 7P Block 2 would be a very good addition, since it was a better missile over 7M/M-H anyway, especially when they bring ECM to the game.
