I’m sure not exactly where to post this, but I have reported the player in the ‘Server Replay’ section next to his name. Below I’ll post his Player ID and the Session ID for others to view themselves, but I believe this particular player is probably using a cheating program.

This player destroys 11 opposing tanks with his Leopard, which isn’t altogether uncommon for the position he took, however you can clearly see him ‘locking’ on to the tanks’ center, even through trees and buildings, and can’t seem to hit mobile tanks at all. All of this starts around 3 minutes into the match. Below is a low-effort Youtube video where I recorded the replay for anyone to view if they are unable to watch the replay via War Thunder at the current moment.
