You can ask the Author to try and correct any possible errors and it can then be updated for the marketplace
The Developers do try to give new artists a chance at times, and there is only a certain number of selections per major content update for the marketplace

This Type 90 Esports skin is my favorite by far.

It’s gotta be the Papagei Staffel for the Bf 109 K4. I find myself going back to this plane from time to time solely because of that skin. Though I wish the creator would update the skin after so many years of its 1st person being broken (namely the wings).
That said, it was hard to pick over the F-4F Phantom II Luftwaffe JG71 “Richthofen” - 40th Anniversary (Gaijin Market) and the Ho 229 V3, “RED 12” (Gaijin Market) skin.

Wait will there ever be a way to make suggestions for what vehicles we want to see in game camps for? Ik WT live exists, but I want others to see them too
What about camouflage for pre-Marketplace revenue sharing programs such as South Vietnam F8F and Hartman’s Sabre?
Some of those camouflages need to be reworked for the PBR update in 2015, but several creators are already left from the game.
Developers can and will be updating many of the Marketplace skins if some of the Authors are not around and or do not update their skins
Sometimes it can just be a simple tweak to bring some of the old skins upto date with the PBR system…
I still have a fair few I have not updated for the Marketplace my self… just have not had the time to do so

Like will we ever be able to ask or request a certain vehicle to get a skin, like you can get from the GE chests.
The last part was acknowledging that WT live does exist and I can get all the skins I want for any vehicle I want but that I want other people to be able to see them.

there is no real request system in place, but you could leave feedback and offer suggestions in posts that one of the Staff members makes for the Marketplace like his recent post for example
