Possible cheats developed for telemetry interface

This guy on GitHub (also posted to reddit) claims that he has developed a toolkit that can show the map view on you second screen with a lot more information than normally accessible when using the one ingame. A lot of features at least to me seem to get really close to cheats or can be considered cheats.
If this is legal (which i doubt) wouldn’t that make it mandatory for every player to have on their second screen?
Is there a comment from a CM/Dev or anyone at Gaijin about this thing?

Some features are (that I personally see as very questionable):
Ghost markers — when a spotted enemy disappears, a fading marker remains at its last known position, labeled with its age in seconds. Vanished contacts stay useful for up to 45 seconds.
Real-world distances — meter-accurate labels on every spotted enemy, computed from the map’s true dimensions.
Measuring ruler — hold the right mouse button to measure any distance on the map.
Proximity alarm — configurable distance threshold; when a spotted enemy enters it, the map border flashes red and an audible alert is triggered.
