For the first time in years a group of my close friends are enjoying war thunder and It’s been wonderful squading up and working with them.
I’m enjoying a guilt free walk down memory lane as they’re working their way up the tech trees for the first time and I get to revisit tanks and planes I haven’t played in years.

i’m close to the fox, about 120k RP away from it combined, should i continue the grind for it or get the Z-19? i’m as far away from it as i am the fox
I presume you mean the Z-19 Helicopter, and if so I can’t really give an objective answer.
For one, I don’t have the Z-19 for personal comparison. For two I am a big fan of the Fox and thus I am heavily biased in favor of it.
Do you like playing helicopters or fast tanks more? If the former, get the Z-19, if the latter, get the Fox.
I will say this much, unless you tick the box that puts ground vehicle XP towards Helicopters it will take a lot longer to cover the same 120k for a helicopter than it does for a ground vehicle.

Oh in that case go for the Fox, its the most fun I’ve had in War Thunder since the A.C.I was still at 2.7

Normally I hate it. Decided to try and get it because I spent all my SL on planes so dont wanna reroll. Others were even worse.
Well.
It turned into “Escort the Maus and keep it alive from flankers!”
Tfw it turned into a fun task. The maus got the nuke.

i play for the BP always 6 different tasks, 2x tank AB RB, 2x Ships AB RB, 2x Planes AB RB i never have trouble with the BP task, one will always be easy
The F-84B is a joy to fly. It does remind me kind of of british tanks though, it gets crits but rarely kills. But it feels like taking flying mustangs to the logical extreme.
Also jet music is cool. Juggernaut is vibe.

Flying the F2H-2 in sim feels like flying an x-wing. The guns sound like those blaster cannons.
Its not World of Tanks.
I gotta say, I really appreciate some of those small tidbits here and there on the maps, especially in ground battles.
Got the RBT-5 from a trophy, that’s actually been entertaining to use, not good, but kinda just hilarious.
Also while I’m not really excited for the upcoming battlepass I AM excited that I’ll be able to get another of the vehicles I’ve been wanting for a while. Either the Toldi II, the T55E1 or the The german halftrack with the long barrel 75. Any of them will be an entertaining addition, plus since it’s in the middle of the pass I can stop thinking about it after since I almost exclusively play tanks.
the game is going very well for me, now I’ve spent a lot of money on the sale that never existed in real life… in other words, thanks to trading I can get my prems, without really spending a lot of real euros…
