Because they have either historical, geographical or political connection or some combination of of these. Israel and India have none beside some security cooperation.

Any country that sells them weapon would “aid” india.

Any country whose geopolitical interests oppose pakistan and china would “aid” india.

Israel is not special in this case.

I can assure you its not only possible but quite easy to deny it.

India hasn’t used a lot of Israeli military vehicles but they have used Israeli Radars, missiles, and guns.

Problem is Gaijin only looking at the current slate of vehicles which may not be enough to get a full tech tree. But if the Indian Sub Tree is implemented properly then the UK tree won’t have English vehicles in the top tier. Indian vehicles would be dominating the whole meta in the british tree. We have so much stuff under development that a Sub Tree would never do justice to Indian vehicles.
