Hey y’all, I was just wondering if you guys think fictional vehicles should be in War Thunder.
Above: Panzer 7 Lowe, a proposed vehicle that was never built.
Paper vehicles would add an extra demension to War Thunder’s smaller trees, or in BR gaps such as in Japan’s bomber line.
Below: A Nakijima G-10N, a conceived late-war Japanese bomber, that, if built could bomb the US West Coast.
Precedent for this:
In the past, War Thunder has had multiple fictional vehicles, such as the Panther II, Flakpanzer 341, Tiger II 10.5, R2Y2, and the Ho-Ri series tanks.

Overall, fictional tanks provide as an interesting addition to the game, a unique space-filler, and already have some precedent being in War Thunder.

Most of those were made to fill gaps that no longer exist, and did have at least some historical backing to add them. Paper vehicles have no place in war thunder, the Ho-Ri is pretty much the only one left and it only exists cuz the Japan ground tree doesn’t have much at mid tier

Flakpanzer 341 can return since the Gerät 341 were manufactured and built. Same with the Panther 2 bc it’s hull was built(replacing the 88mm with a 75mm like it would’ve used is a must however.)
Isn’t even exactly fake it just had a mock up turret. The turret still even functioned in elevation depression and even limited turning and iirc even the guns fitted were real and the chassis was just a panther D iirc
