Yes, I’ve started a couple of topics on it. Yes, I’ve advocated for my position. However, I’ve acknowledged why you and others might like the new system. You, however, have not extended the same courtesy of saying “I understand your position as well.” Instead, you keep making it personal and attacking me personally, calling me names, implying I don’t have any skill, and implying I lie. I’ve asked you stop.

No, what you are to blame for is attacking me personally, not for having your opinion. I’ve said your opinion is valid. You have not acknowledged my opinion is also valid. Naval realistic feels like how arcade is in ground and air. literally just play that and get more SL and RP

I’ve closed the poll. It looks like a little over two thirds of the players want to go back to the old system. It appears the person defending the new system the most was the one who suggested it in the first place.
Somewhat ironically, that poll also showed two thirds of the Russian forum players didn’t want it, but Gaijin decided to do it anyway. I don’t understand how a business can put forth changes that 2/3 of their customers are against, and still expect to do well, but I guess we’ll see in a couple of months what the player numbers look like.
My suspicion is it will draw some new players, who will quickly get bored and either move on to realistic or quit.
Personally, after 12 years in the game, and after playing naval since alpha testing, I’m done with the mode until they revert the changes. I dislike realistic naval greatly, so I won’t be one of the players moving to it.
I hope those that like the new changes enjoy them and continue to do so. For the people that don’t, I hope you can find enjoyment in another mode or game. Good luck.

My final conclusion about the new Naval Arcade aiming system+changes to Naval AB:
EDIT: I clicked “revert to the old aiming system” on the poll at the top of this thread, fwiw. I was also FOR the changes at first, specifically the aiming. But after playing my various lineups and different BRs and classes, I am 100% against the changes.

Why did you close the poll after just 2 days?? All well and good saying 2/3 of people against, but Gaijin will also look at the number of people the voted to see if its a fair representation of the playerbase.

Easy, dude. He just post another opinion poll about the new system. Stpom/Stmex is one of the numerous squards in naval, their vote absolutely representative.

Agree, Gaijin using the new system while they still keep some old setting from old system, like the radar lock system and search/lock system. it is totally a mess.

unfortunately GJ seems not to notice any of the about 10 threads on the naval changes. Until now not any comment was given from GJ. So even if the whole forum takes part on the poll its irrelevant to them.
