[POLL] Puma and Panzer IV H should be moved to rank III

In the upcoming update all M24 are going move to rank III after the lastest BRs changer where chaged to 3.7 from 4.0 making worht it his BR bump.
In Germany we have the same case with Puma and Panzer IV H. Both were 3.3 and 3.7 respectively and now are 3.7 and 4.0.
Germany is the only nation without acces to scouting and fast vehicle in rank III in whole game so Puma change is very necesary until a much proper vehicle is added and in the case of Panzer the much worse J variant is rank III at 4.0 so after the BR change H variant should moved up aswell.

I could understand the puma, but there is no reason to move up the pz4H when the 75mm shermans an 76mm t34s at the same br or higher are also at rank 2.

All panzer 4 at 4.0 are rank III with the exception of ausf. H. So there is not reason for leave this one at rank II.
About Shermans and T-34 you can find several at rank III like German T-34 and Sherman, Finland T-34 and Sherman III/IV , France M4A4, Italy Sherman Composito or China T-34 and Sherman.
