I hate to be that guy, but this is clearly false.
If everyone was talking about this there would be far more than 1000 votes lmao, given that there are hundred of thousands or even millions of people that play this game.
Places like this forum/reddits make up less than 1% of the total community, the english speaking part probably less than 0.5% of that total community.

Not everyone is aware or cares about the forums and it does seem more than 1000 people care as a lot of content creators also talk about the situation and so do viewers in the comments in social media platforms

General Lee’s video i think gets the point across. The problem i see in most videos addressing the issues are not the main subject and the community tends to fight each-other in the comments instead of seeing the big picture.
also the problem is that YouTube videos with lots of comments and Reddit post with crazy amount of views/upvotes isn’t going to cut it for any changes it seems. Constantly crying about bias doesn’t work. Showing proof of historical accuracy…it feels like snail wants the game played their way its annoying.
I just think all the WT Partnered CC need to ban together and stop promoting premiums. This would be a step in the right direction if we all want a change. I just find it crazy to find Youtube videos of WTCC were they complain about unique vehicles being paywalled but then promotes the pre-orders in the comments.
It needs to be the main subject.

I’m ngl I don’t understand why you’re engaging on this forum, you constantly talk about “Yea I don’t really care”, then proceed to argue your heart out about biases, viability of a poll/not a poll, while also attempting to discredit people and the poll itself (REGUARDLESS of whether it actually had any credibility or not). IF you truly didn’t care, you wouldn’t be on is forum engaging with others here about things they DO care about. In my eyes your either rage baiting, or just trying to hinder potential progress, just to do it. I SAY POTENTIAL because chances are it probably wont affect anything alone, though if it potentially did, you would just be in the way of something improving in my eyes, but to be clear its not about what the poll itself will or wont affect. it’s about your own engagement. I even saw a DEFYN video that the game isn’t going in the right direction. And in the video he states things like how they behave with the sources and for F-14D that the a big crowd was waiting for it and they made it a premium and how they implemented it in a way to justify the “premium” and the selective realism …
And as many know, he is not really the one to complain all teh time and is generally a positive and fun Ytuber.
What i want to say is , ok now it’s the 14D. Some people care , some people do not. That’s fine.
But just letting it pass without a question , opens the door for worse.
Imagine if tomorrow give you a F-15EX as premium, with 120C-7 and 9M , while they have 15GE with 120D and give it 9X instead of 9M ,so 15EX is not P2W.
Or a Su-35 premium…the armament is essentially the same with Su-30SM2 we have in game and radar, but 35 has some feats that make it better than 30 like maneuverability and the L-band radar antennas in the leading edges of the wings.
And , to be fair and i include myself in.How many of us complained about F-4S? Personally , i said it should have been TT but it’s not that i made a fuss or really cared , because it was just the slats and at that BR it’s not that you’d go in and start pulling 10gs everywhere .
But now we have 14D that i’d care more. And Tomorrow it may be Su-35 that YOU care more.
In the end it is bad game design to have the definitive version of a plane under “premium” etiquette
And we have the example when they make it right, like MiG 23ML/MLA/MLD. Few changes (in game-if any) , but you have the difinitive version on TT as well. No one complains or asks why…
