There is no Russian bias, just confirmation bias, and bias towards $$$ in my opinion.

Yes, but not in the way that most people think. I don’t think Russia is the best nation overall- but I think that Gaijin gives a lot more leeway to Russia regarding sources that buff Russian vehicles than they do for other nations. For example, if a Russian T-80 variant had a prototype with higher grade thermals, they will give all T-80s thermals or better resolution, but if the Abrams has a few prototypes with DU hulls, then they will not add the extra protection unless you can prove it was added to the production abrams.
There are lots of small things like that, the most recent being the discussion surrounding the KH-38MT. I understand that they usually do it for “balance,” but for Russia, this usually is a one-way ratchet.

I would say every nation have some tanks, that perform above average on their BR, but russia have the most of them.

I know everyone will deny it, but half the Russian bias is an excuse to everything that goes wrong with you when you go against a Russian tank. The other half is true though.
