First off, ICE shouldn’t be in the game in the first place, because it’s unplaybale in the SB.
But, since GJ decided “in its infinite wisdom” to put it there, it should’ve go lower, obviously…at least in SB.
I emphasize SB, because it may well work in RB, but RB doesn’t deal in the whole man machine interface and cockpit visibility that SB does, so keep that in mind.
And to answer your question, no, +F4F got no business being on the same BR as F4E with Sparrows.

I’ve heard that it’s decent due to the existence of a max 13.0 bracket in SB. It’s also not awful in air RB, and it’s one of the better 13.0 planes.
@C0lander dude u dont even have the ICE, cuz its not on your stat card. Are you refering to the Regular F-4F in SB? Because that plane is 10.7.

If the strongest jet in the 12.0-13.0 & 12.3-13.0 brackets is unplayable then I have no idea how everything else is meant to do anything.
Its completely OP and really needs to move back to 13.3. Or equivalents also to move down like the F3 Late. Really sucks trying to fight them. Even with AMRAAM equipped aircraft like the FA2.
No one cares. Look at the stats. No one plays it.

Harrier isn’t a fighter. It’s a subsonic attack aircraft with some fighter capabilities against certain enemy.
You can’t fight a thoroughbred fighter in it and expect to get consistent results.
In the same manner, I successfully play IDS in any EC rank, but I do what I’m supposed to do and that’s attack.
there is 1 prem F-4 in the US tech tree, which sits at the same BR as the F-4J.

So, in short, ICE can’t run, can’t climb and can’t turn (at BR13), so even an AIM120 can’t make up for a shitty launch.

also the regular F-4F has a digital RWR witch is really powerful in SB. sooo seems to me you are having a bit of skill issue.
But is 2 steps lower, meaning it doesn’t see F15 and F16, unlike ICE who sees F15/16 every time it spawns.

If all you can do is look at graphs… Sure it sucks. But the reality is it has the kit and enough capability to be oppressive as hell.
