ww2 is pretty uninteresting as you might expect(although there are also quite a few unique vehicles) as far as cold war modern there is a crap ton tho, btr3-btr4-btr 94, ab13, bmp1u-bmpv64, bmt72, t64bv with ukranian optics and era, leo 1a5 with era, leo 2a4/6 with era, m1a1sa ukr, t84 family(including t84 with 120mm) t64bm/2, t72e(ukranian era, t64 engine and a zsu 23), t72 120. i could go on but in terms of modern vehicles ukraine would likely be an insanely popular nation ingame.
as a polish subtree you could pick the best of the bunch and have a very strong subtree
