Please adjust the OTOMATIC's stats so that it remains competitive at BR 11.3

This is one of my favorite anti-aircraft systems, but it is currently outdated.

Please consider reducing the reload time from the ammunition storage to the ready rack. The current 8-10 seconds is insufficient for its interception mission—a reduction to 6-7 seconds would be more appropriate.

Additionally, please add the DART ammunition to enhance its anti-air capabilities. At this Battle Rating (BR), the OTOMATIC is completely useless against enemies at ranges of 7km or more, where enemy long-range strike capabilities far exceed its defensive reach.

These changes would be enough; I am not asking for any additional armor-piercing anti-tank rounds

Alternatively, you could consider moving it down to 10.7 BR if no technical buffs are implemented.

It should be moved to 10.7 so it fits into the 10.7 lineup

I think it works just fine at 11.3, and there aint no way you are complaining after only 8 games.
