Because theres a difference between being behind cover and lobbing shells and shooting from cover by peaking. Additionally gien its armor and the crew if you manage to shoot it and not hit one of the crew members thats a poor shot on your end given if you aim at it even with it at max gun depression you will clip either the gunner or driver.

Im showing shell drop, for your behind cover shooting you’re claiming. Additionally anyone with some semblance of knowledge will switch to HE against the IKV or just use Artillery, this is all dependent on if he tanks your gunner or not which at that point it doesn’t make this vehicle good because if you didn’t see him most other tanks with similar gun depression will also have either crippled you or sent you back to the hanger.

Youtubers are who you are judging? The guys who sift through 6 hours of garbage to find 20 minutes of good footage to use? Dont get me wrong i love a lot of the warthunder YouTube CC’s but using them as your bassis for a vehicle is not acceptable lol. Play the vehicle yourself and post your KD.

why HE? it has bad overpressure pen compared with other 105s and against 5.0 tanks its useless in many circunstances

Im referring to the IKV’s opponents, the IKV is open top as the Drivers sight is exposed to the open which allows you to slip fragments from Artillery through its thin armor all arpund or just shoot and kill the commander and driver from the front via the sight.
