Exactly, your task to complete shouldn’t require other players actions to complete them or be based on the map you got spawned into.
Not really, the vast majority of maps have many different positions for the plethora of various machines in the game
You dont understand how that works, the map rotation isnt built around one individual person, its a server wide rotation system last I checked, so if everyones banning loads of different maps, it would end up either with them all being accessed and no changes, or it would severely limit the choices people had to play on.
As I always say, it isn’t just about you for example, when everyone has a map set to prefered, we get it in rotations more.
So yes, it will affect more than just you.

Most those games had empty servers bar absolutely massive games like battlefield.
This game has about a quarter of a million people at peak times, it’s servers could not function without the random MM, if every tom dick and harry was making their own servers with the maps they choose.
What is anti - community?
Only person I’ve seen be anti- community was you xD, speaking about how the map bans only affect you when in turn it affects all of us, its how even when I have prefered maps they never show up.
I get red desert like once every 2 weeks if I’m lucky.

Genuinely you do not understand how the server system of map rotations works, it has been explained multiple times on god knows how many threads.
say theres 10 maps to choose from, and the player base is split into 100,000 people.
Say 20,000 ban 1 map.
then another 20,000 ban a different map.
repeat this 3 more times, so there are 5 maps banned out of the ten.
with one map ban per person you lose half the maps
It’s like how when you dislike a map, it shows up less depending on how many people actively like it

if you take that 100k players example.
now give them all 3 map bans, that takes us up to the equivelant of 300k votes.
But there is still only the 10 maps to choose from, say those people then vote on the same two maps, that reduces it to three maps in rotation, Thus leaving players with less to play on.

If there is 100k players, and everybody can ban 3 maps, everybody play on at least 7 different maps.
For example, if 20k players ban map 1, 2 and 3, that means playerpool for map 1, 2 and 3 is 80k.
If you didn’t ban map 1, 2 and 3, you keep playing them without any problems - you just won’t meet people who banned them.
You will just not meet certain players on certain maps.
And if everybody vote to ban one map all together - then that map must be really bad, so it is another positive, as it is a big signal to gaijin to rework such bad map.

You are making a mistake in your reasoning because you are assuming that once 20,000 people ban a map, it gets globally removed for everyone. But that’s not how it works.
If we have 100,000 players and each of them can ban three map, it simply means that each individual player won’t have to play on the maps they banned. The rest of the maps remain available to them.
For example:
- If 20,000 people ban map A, only those 20,000 players won’t see it.
- The remaining 80,000 can still get it in their rotation.
- The same applies to other maps—each banned map only affects the players who banned it, not the entire pool.
So, the game doesn’t “lose half the maps” for everyone. Instead, each player customizes their own map rotation according to their preferences.
It’s like a streaming service—if you don’t want to watch horror movies, you can hide them from your recommendations, but that doesn’t mean horror movies stop existing for everyone else.
