No you are not, you are in all practical terms out of the match. You can no longer even if wanted to, affect the match in any way.

Like literally, why in “gods” green earth should anyone have to stay in a match/map they dont enjoy to play? Especially when its not against ANY game rule, crew locks are the to incentive people to stay if they are able to, not to punish for breaking some fantasy/invented game rules.
