This player is cheating with bot playing, his/her status also shows unusual data.
In-game, he runs into a burning base from over 10 km distance, which is impossible to reach; and once the base burns down he immediately re-routed to the next base. No evade manoeuvring even gets chased by enemy, no attacking movement when enemy ahead
