T54E1 from 8.0 RB to 7.7 RB will make the value of the premium tank better as the reasoning is French tanks with autoloading systems still remain at 7.3 - 7.7 BR (Somua SM, AMX M4, AMX 50 (TOA 100). Furthermore, the time to reload one shell into the cylindrical autoloading system for French tanks is less than the reload time for the T54E1.

Object 120 is still a good vehicle if it moves up to 8.0 BR with its APFSDS ammunition. Again, able to penetrate 385 mm of armor at 500 meters that is similar to stock APFSDS of some tanks at higher BRs than the Object 120.
- As @TheCrimsonKing mentioned, the T25 is also in need of a change for battle rating. That premium tank is forgotten and is rarely seen on the battlefields.

HSTV-L 11.3- 11.0
Comparing 2S38, it doesn’t have HEVT, and only 26 rounds, if gaijin refused to buff the shell, I am sure it’s time to reduce the BR.

Compared with the other 11.3 Jets, Mirage F1 is the worst one maybe, and F1CT is worse. just because 2 Magic 2, it needs face to MIG23ML or F4S…
AJS37 11.3-11.0 or delete aim9L to 10.7
if AJS37 carries 4 agm65, it can’t take gun pod, if AJS37 takes 6 AAMs, it even can’t take chaff…

It should follow the BR decompression and get moved up to at least 8.7

I have to agree for example Marder goes to 7.7 while Ratel 20 which is way worse platform will still be 6.7 with 3 more Milan atgms. Its very weird if u apply ww2 to cold war technology separation to some tanks while not to others.
While there are tanks with jump in weapon systems that should stay and are staying like M60 RISE/TTS that are just worse Magachs/CM11 tbh at same brs more tanks should get individual approach.
Unless next br change is in one or two weeks for me these changes dont fix a lot and just move some issues somewhere else.
These are my concerns regarding the changes as relating to the Chinese Tech Tree:
The M60A3 TTS and the superior CM11 are both going to be 9.0.
Reducing the reload of the ZTZ 88B removes the only advantage it has over the ZTZ88A and makes it a straight downgrade of the 88A at the same BR.
The PTL02 will be 9.0 but still Rank V and without a scout drone. Where as the similar WM301 (as well as comparable vehicles from other nations) is rank 6 and has the scout drone.
The ZLT-11 struggles compared to its counterparts due to its combination of low reverse speed, large hull and poor depression. Suggested changes to its reverse gear from bug reports will go a long way in making it more survivable and viable at a higher BR. Another possible change would be to allow the ZLT to have a faster reload if the loader is changed to a standing position (from another bug report). The trade off would be that a standing loader will cover more space thus the ZLT will have less empty space for side shots to travel through causing no critical damage.

I’d still argue for the lighting going to 9.0/RB its counterpart the F-104A is nearly better than it in every regard at the same br. Being at 9.0 it would still face comparatively good opponents whether it be an Uptier or Downtier.

CM11 situation is pretty much similar to AMX-32 one. Upping worse tank br and leaving good one at its spot making worse one instantly second pick or obsolete. I mean currently even American TTS is quite behind Magach and CM11 in firepower. For people who don’t know CM11 gets best m60 reload and way better dart than Chinese m60a3 and has ERA.

They should expand the top BR and then start decompressing everything below that…

Could the Swedish SAV 20.12.48 be moved to rank III? It already has a BR of 3.7 just like the Swedish premium Sherman on Rank III. It sucks not being able to use it for tasks.

Please consider changing VT1-2 BRto 9.0. that vehicle seriously needs a br increase. No 7.3 or 7.7 vehicle deserves to face this monster flanker.

Maybe leave the IPM1 at 10.7 as its a 105 and only superior in speed and reload to the T-90 which is staying at 10.7

Was this intended as a blanket Bump to all vehicles with at least one BR step?
If so, their are a number of vehicles still missing from the sheet from almost every nation.
And i stay with my first comment, with the update you moved the 10.7’s to 11, but still the old 9.0 > 9.3 will still be facing the 3rd gen MBT’s from 10.3, which they didn’t before the changes.
Move up the remaining vehicles, and look at increasing 10.3 > 10.7 and give these up-tiered vehicles if available better rounds.
This will also be a good opportunity to correct the HUGE gaps in the IDF tree regarding APFSDS there are a HUGE number of vehicles in Tier 5 & 6, that have a single apfsds as a T3 or even T4.
They are:
Magach 6 Hydra, 6R, 6B, 6M & Sho’t Kal Gimel all have the M111 Hetz round as a T3, except 6B there it’s T4. these are mostly comparable to the M60A1 Rise (p), it gets the M728 APDS as a stock round together with HEAT-FS.
My suggestion would be to add M728 APDS to these vehicles as stock, round is already present on the Sho’t Kal Alef or the M392A2 which is available on the earlier Magach’s.
Then there are the Merkava 1B & D, they get M111 as a T4 upgrade, move this to T1 and add M413 as T3 upgrade. This will bring them inline with the other “Old” BR 9.0 which mostly have DM33 or equivelant.
For the Merkava 2D, i would like to see the T1 Upgrade become the M413 and the top round the M426 (DM63)

Putting the VFM5 to 9.7 is tough. It doesn’t have thermals or good sights. The thing that makes it hard to balance is that it has dm33 apfsds.
Maybe buff the reload like you have been doing with the soviet tanks. I think it shouldnt be fighting t90s or t80s (in worst case scenarios) neither do I think it should fight tams or t55am1s.
