Crazy how the 2s38 didn’t move up. Rip all the lights that used to face it before it got bumped now getting bumped back into its br bracket.
CV9030 and stuff?
Why is the Mirage 4000 not included in this BR adjustment? Does the game developer really think that six Magic 2s and two 530Ds, combined with a non-all-aspect PD radar, are very competitive at 13.0? On top of that, a ventral 530D pylon that was reported three years ago still hasn’t been implemented—it really makes one sigh.
Yup.
Jeez. At least they(9.3 lights) aren’t fighting BMPTs anymore
True!
not really true is it? L23a1 would have been developed directly beside the shir 2 → cr1.
If i remember correctly the FCS system in shir 2 and challenger 1 is more or less directly lifted from the mk5 chieftain, which does have a LRF (WT gets this wrong on the chieftain)
the idea that a modern tank intended to enter service in 1980 roughly wouldnt have a APFSDS and TLS is stupidity
M829a1 Silver bullet was DU in the 1980s and used in the gulf war.
L26a1 is a DU dart too, designed for CHARM 1, also used in the Gulf War.
Spitfire F Mk XVIIIe
6.7 - 6.0
RP3 is really OP that worth 1.0? Compared to Spitfire F Mk XVIIIe (GRB 5.7)
That is too wired, isn’t it like an Italian Sabre Joke?

win rates because america
do we have the second part?
We should see alterations and feedback within a week as well as implementation most likely.
Ikv 103 (Infantrikanonvagn 103)

Br: 4.0 → 4.0
Add the Slpgr m/43 “APHEBC” Round to help out with the tanks issue with only having Chemical ammunitions.
- Designation: Slpgr m/43
- Shell type: APHEBC
- Projectile mass: 15.27 kg
- Velocity: 360~ m/s
- Explosive filler: 0.29 kg Trotyl
- Estimated penetration: Approximately 57 mm
The last BR changes saw to try and remove the Slpsgr m/65 and move it down to help it, But this would not help the main issue being the lack of any Kinetic projectiles. The Explosive filler and kinetic projectile would help out against less armoured vehicles or when shooting weakspots.
So i suggest to add the Slpgr m/43 APHEBC to give the vehicle some variety.
Still Is the most effective to destroy airplanes lol, that’s what gaijin need go make 13.3, AND with the new change of the dircm AND ldircm will kill include helicópters with ldircm
XM803
GRB
9.0 → 9.3
The MBT-70/KPz 70 are moving up in BR, it follows that the XM803, which is overall very similar, should also be advanced in BR accordingly. It currently massively outclasses numerous 8.0 vehicles relying on APDS/HEAT-FS and not APFSDS and that are unstabilized (e.g. Leopard 1, T-54, AMX 30) and realistically should be 9.3 or even 9.7 alongside the MBT/KPz 70
Not crazy at all. It’s like the Turms III, for every player with good stats in it there are million x more bringing them down. It’s not a very survivable vehicle after previous nerfs, either way.
Lvkv 42 (Luftvärnskanonvagn 42)

AB BR: 4.7 → 5.0
RB BR: 4.7 → 5.0
SB BR: 4.7 → 4.7
Replace the incorrectly implemented ammunition currently used by the Lvkv 42 with historically correct ammunition for the 40 mm Lvakan m/48 L/70 cannon, and correct the designation of its existing AP round.
Replace: Slhpgr m/43 B (SAPHEI-T)
Replace: Slsgr m/36C (HEFI-T)
Add: SLSGR m/484 (HE-T)
Correct: Slpprj m/42B from AP to APBC-T
SLSGR m/484 (HE-T)
- Projectile mass: 0.850 kg
- Muzzle velocity: 960–988 m/s
- Explosive type: Hexotonal
- Explosive filler: 0.109 kg
- Fuse explosive charge: 11 g
Slpprj m/42B (APBC-T)
- Projectile mass: 1.200 kg
- Muzzle velocity: 910 m/s
- Explosive filler: None
The official technical description for the Lvkv 42 lists a muzzle velocity of 1,000 m/s for its 40 mm Lvakan m/48 L/70. This closely matches the SLSGR m/484, which is documented in Swedish Army ammunition registers with velocities of 960–988 m/s, depending on the edition.
The current ammunition selection is historically inaccurate. The Slhpgr m/43 B (SAPHEI-T) was not compatible with the Lvakan m/48 L/70 without modifications to accommodate older ammunition. Meanwhile, the Slpprj m/42B is broadly correct but should be represented as an armour-piercing ballistic-capped tracer (APBC-T), rather than a standard AP projectile.
Replacing the HEFI-T and SAPHEI-T rounds with the SLSGR m/484 and correcting the AP round would improve historical accuracy while better reflecting the documented performance of the L/70 cannon.
However, removing the SAPHEI-T round would reduce the Lvkv 42’s effectiveness against lightly armoured ground vehicles. Therefore, I suggest increasing its battle rating to 5.0 in Arcade and Realistic Battles , while keeping it at 4.7 in Simulator Battles , to account for the corrected ammunition and its resulting capabilities.

Alot of sources for the Lvkv m/42, not so much the VEAK 40 where we yet dont have a official technical overview.

Tornado GR.4
Ground BR: 12.3>12.3
Reason: The gr.4 is the last thing anyone brings out already due to it being horrifically outclassed by everything it faces, if this gets moved to 13.0 it will be stuck facing the SMSV every game which it has no way of countering as the alarms cannot be used against it due to their slow speed and massive minimum use range. If the GR.4 is allowed to stay at 12.3 it would limit its chance at seeing said spaa while not being allowed to face spaa that cant handle it giving it a nice use case for it which it does not have now.
None of it even matters. Gaijin has no issue adding ahisorical shells and other changes if it helps with balancing or justifying a vehicle to be at a BR. So even if Heavytanker was right, it is irrelevant.
Cough cough Lvkv 42/VEAK 40 both having L/60 ammo cuz it could be used in peacetime Cough cough
Or the Strv m/31, Strv m/38, Strv m/39 having APDS-T Despite not being in service long enough to get it. Only the Strv m/40L / Strv m/40K and Strv m/41 S-I / Strv m/41 S-II would get it.
