These BR changes are up there.
No. The AV-8s are a menace compared to this thing. Same speed, better guns, better handling, better missiles. VTOL mode. The F-86K is a brick compared to them and compresses at high speeds. The F-86K lacks the same acceleration. And no CMs makes it that extra bit harder.
I stand by it. The F-86K should go down. I’m sorry if you don’t agree with it, but it’s simply of no comparison to the things near and around it (I forgot to add but the F-11F is the same turning abilities with better speed and more missiles at the same BR, the F3H is the same BR but turns better with similar speed and more missiles, etc. etc. the vehicle is underwhelming and deserves to go down in today’s meta)
sounds awfully like- “heres your 1948 centurion, now fight a 1970s afv with ATGMs and 1960s MBTs”
Vehicle: F4J(UK)
Mode:AIR RB
BR Change: 12.0→11.7
Reason: without HMD and AIM7F, but same BR with F4S, F4J(UK) doesn’t equip Spey engines, power worse than FGR2, basically a PD radar version of F4E, and have to take gunpods to dogfight.
Just played a game in the F-104s.ASA. I climbed to 10km, kept getting locked and couldnt find the fcker. Turns out to be a god damn mirage 2k bellow me chasing me as he saw me on the radar first and decided i needed to die (the mindset of 90% of players at these brs) so he chases me. I cant out run him, out turn him nor out range him as his super r530d are better than my aspides along with his magic 2s being a far bit better than my 9ls… Why am i 12.0 again? that mirage 2k was the 12.3 variant so hes only 0.3 away.
The Cold War need heavy decomposition. (Me sticking like 17 Cents on the same BR even tho they shouldn’t be)
i beg you to play more of your AV-8C. please trust me on this its not very good outside of one single strat of orbital sidewinder
my only issue with sabres going down is that they wafflestomp ww2 generation jets. they can hardly take on higer mustangs and spits let alone sabres
The mig 15bis being 8.3 is bad enough. The f86k is simply sad and could be 8.7 easily but i think moving everything up would help alot more… Shame thatll never happen.

I mean, heres the thing.
Neither the F-104 nor the MiG-23 were supposed to fight Eagles or Flankers. You could argue that 11.7 would a be better fitting matchmaker for the ASA than 12.0
But against things that can run circles around both our aircraft in almost all domains we shouldn’t end up having to fight Eagles even more regularly (in your case) or at all (mine) compared to before
yes but everything below literally cant fight starfighters and flogger
Lmao, as if the rest wasn’t enough he is also a snitch.
Vehicle: JA37DI
Mode:AIR RB
BR Change: 13.0→13.0, add RB74M
Reason: worse radar and RWR than ICE Phantom and J8F, without IRCCM missile but same BR, Only 0.3 br higher We have 6PL12s and 4R73s monster
welcome to the cult i guess
yeah, neither should probably face an f15, but you know what shouldnt face a mig 23? a jag lol and many other 10.7s. the mig 23 can easily take on an f15 if they are smart. Cant go rushing bases and suffer from skill issue. Especially when the mig 23 is just flat out better than the asa lol.
My point isn’t really exclusive to the MiG-23 though. The F-111, A-10C and tech tree Tornados shouldnt have to be matched against the Baz or F-15A/J either
I understand this, but my point here is more it’s better at that then the F-86K.
I understand the concern behind the sabres moving down but this is really only asking for the Sabredog to go down. Although it’s got slightly better straightline speed and armament it’s turning is awful and has very poor high speed and low speed handling. I don’t think 8.7 would hurt much, not right now, as the Hunter F1 is also 8.7, and in a similar position although not perfectly so.
What we really need is decompression.
As this says, the position of a lot of other aircraft is a good suggestion that what we need is decompression, not a single BR change. But I can’t ask for decompression because that won’t get listened to. So for now, I’m asking for one I would argue fair change to make things slightly easier for my grind
Im not arguing the f15 should be moved down, the opposite actually. i just saw u saying the mig 23 needed to be moved down and had a chuckle is all lol.
Oh yeah lol true. Tbh i dont honestly think the ML going down would do any good but it was more of a “Whaat? If theyre gonna make our lives worse they should find a way to compensate for it” kinda thing lmao
Just recently played a few games on T-80UD and 2S38. That was “awesome” experience.
About T-80UD:
Every player seems to consider it their duty to shoot at the barrel or breech from any distance, at any speed, even with 30mm guns. Almost always, the commander or gunner is dead after the first hit.
On top of that, there are a lot of super-fast wheeled light tanks that break timings and outflank easily. I’m not talking about Rooikats from 9.3 with DM33.
Most maps I played were open and hilly, where every hill and stone is a danger. The T-80UD’s speed isn’t enough to reach a good position faster than Leopards, Abrams, Leopards, especially on large maps.
If nearby allies die, the tank is basically doomed. It can be instantly outflanked, and with its low reverse speed and slow turret rotation, retreating is nearly impossible.
Mobility isnt the worst, but is clearly inferior to western MBTs. Leopard Pzbtl 123 with 27 horse powers per ton and T-80UD with 21.7 horse powers per ton. Who will take good position first?
Armor sometimes saves you from a one-shot, but it doesn’t prevent constant module damage to the turret. In one match, an Ajax blocked me for about two minutes until my teammates finally took it out, preventing me from repairing.
Honestly, all T-80 variants have the same weak spots, but no one shoots at the armored parts. So whether it has Kontakt-I or Kontakt-V, a broken barrel or breech is a T-80UD’s worst enemy.
ATGMs also easily destroy this tank, despite the reactive armor.
A six-second reload doesn’t matter when the barrel is broken by random 30mm. I haven’t met many players who struggle to penetrate the T-80UD in the face - not killing the whole tank, but 100% neutralizing it. Maybe only inexperienced newcomers have trouble.
I’m not saying the T-80UD is bad or useless, but at 10.7, it will again face the same opponents it struggled with initially-vehicles that are superior in critical aspects for high tiers: thermals, good gun depression, excellent reverse speed, fast turret rotation (almost twice as fast), and decent penetration to hit weak spots.
Honestly, real armor stops being relevant somewhere around World War II-era tanks. At top and pre-top tiers, the first to shoot usually wins. No one can just tank everything and come out unscathed.
In my opinion, this is a matter of decompression. Send the T-80UD to 12.7, and a new 9.3 depressor will emerge. Nerfing it every time due to tight matchmaking isn’t worth it - balance should be reconsidered globally.
I also tried to find historically accurate upgrades for the T-80UD, and the only realistic option is installing the Buran-Catherine thermal sight. However, the Chinese T-80UD/BE already has this upgrade.
So the situation looks strange: the T-80UD is moved to 10.7, where an almost identical tank already exists — but with a proper 2nd-generation thermal sight. That doesn’t seem fair.
About 2S38:
Even dont want to talk about it, one stray bullet from the other end of the map and this tank is dead. Flanking is impossible due to extremely fast opponents on wheeled tanks. They’re going to the same flank, but they get into position much faster and are just waiting for.
