If you BVR at 8km height off to the side of your team, fire and crank/pre chaff at the high targets while firing first, then drop down to flank the enemy formation/ambush with IRST to unload some of your the R-60s before returning to the airfield to rearm, you can reliably get between 1-4 kills on most matches without dying on the first sortie.
But that’s besides the point. 11.7 should really not be seeing the F-15.

Ive done it, but i have to fly to 15km to go above the enemy radar and at that point why bother flying it when the mig 25 exists now which is just the f-104 asa but at 11.0 and with better missiles lol.
Yeah compared to other 12.7’s that are US aircraft (F-16’s) it clears them in all regard except rate fighting and just leads to aircraft that don’t need the heat to get clubbed. Hell the 11.7 IDS Tornado will now face Eagles
None of them should be 11.7 but according to gaijin the targeting pod and gbus = a HUGE threat to planes.

They should be 11.3, but sit at 11.7 for the afromentioned “threats”. WTD61, Marineflieger and IDS (Early) [Italy] get off lightly.

I havent, spent far too many summers in a caravan on the isle of white when i could have spent in a house or on the beach like normal people.
Eagles to 12.3 is about on par with the M48A2C to 6.7…
