It can take out barrels, which the 12.7mm can’t.
It’s kinda niche but if you’re barrelled, you can fool people into pushing.

Taking out barrels with the 14.5 is not practically possible 99% of the time
tell me you are an american main without telling me you are an american main, you should fly the MiG more often, and you will understand why a plane with R-60s and an awful radar and RWR should not sit at the same br of smth like the F-15A with x4 IRCCM missiles and double the amount of SARH, not even counting the avionics…

They used to hit planes a bit harder than the 12.7s but they definitely feel nerfed to the level of a 12.7, because I love the btr-152D and I used to be able to annihilate planes, break wings, set fires, etc. but a few updates ago, it seems like they got the Russian 12.7 treatment, where you have to pilot snipe or they’re crap.
Which makes me sad

Though I agree that even that isn’t really enough to justify not having those ATGMs.
I think you’re sticking too closely to what the classifications are, instead of actual performance specifically in the 12.7-13.7 range.
The Mig-29G is worse than the F-2A ADTW and F-15As, and they should swap BRs. It also should not be the same BR as the objectively and significantly better Su-27s.
The Harriers are worse than, or on par with several of those 13.3s. No reason for the FA2 to be a higher BR than a Mig-29 with R-73s/R-27Rs.
F/A-18As would need to go up, and the Cs do as well.
The F-5TH would need to go down, as it’s loadout is exceptionally weak when compared to planes like the Tornado F.3 Late or F-4F ICE.
I think the higher BRs of the proposal are good, and it matches closely to my decompression proposal.
R-73 would be nice but then it would justify having the F-15A at 12.7
I really think that if it ends up being put at that br it should get 9Ls instead of Mikes, because the MiG-29A with R-73s at 12.7 would create the same issues

the problem is the F15As cronic lack of BVR capability as the F15A isnt much of a match against the SU33 or SU27 as the they can just fly high and spam R27ERs without the F15A being able to counter
SU30mkks are ruining 13.0
the SU30s and J11A need to move to 13.7 so the SU33 and SU27 can move to 13.3
Someone needs to explain what’s going on here, neither of these are that good XD but they’re really over preforming.

stat bias good players play a vehicle and it gets crazy kds then gets over tiered hence why you see the T44 at 6.7 even though its basically a 6.3 russian jumbo
which is why i hate stat balancing

I haven’t played them in a bit, but I remember them being quite good. Is that not the case anymore? Sure they’re slow and all, but they have great maneuverability, they’re like the Zero of early jets imo.
Both of them are really good though.
T20 is really mobile, 5.9s reload with decent shell and explosive filler, has a stab, and is quite small.
It’s used by seal clubbers to gain positions on the leaderboard:
Tiger has one-shot APHE with decent penetration and relatively good armour.
That Tiger being a now off-sale premium pack, so newer players can’t buy and use it.
