KD balancing is dam near worst thing ever added for example the CHI TO late is a better PANZER IV H as the front plate is solid not add on armor and its angled more but its still so mid playing it and your round pens more
0.3 is usually called a br step or something similar. Bracket usually refers to a full 1 gap, because that’s the matchmaking bracket.
You might sometimes also see people call the 1.0 gap step, but that’s rarer

honestly i have no clue why we havent done a .7 br max uptier as they never decompress enough to actually do anything for most brs as match times are at most 30 seconds most times

it overpressures less but still does more damage than solid shot and its 312mm of pen is crazy
I was originally going to bring this up in your thread before but forgot (oops), but these 2 together are a bit contradicting.
You propose to move up a 5.7 because in your opinion it is too strong (which it is, it’s a really potent heavy at 5.7) and yet you also want to move a heavy tank to 5.7 where it used to be extremely strong/borderline oppressive and buff it further (keep in mind that a lot of it’s main counters that were 5.7 back in the day are also 6.0 now).
I think either moving the KV-220 down to 5.7 or moving the T1E1(90) up to 6.0 is a somewhat fair suggestion to make, but both of them just makes it seem like moving the KV-220 down and trying to get some of it’s main competitors moved up so the KV-220 has it easier.

MAUS used to be tech tree…before 2019.
MAUS could very well go up in BR though, which is what I was saying.
Object 906 has never been special vehicle, unlike MAUS, which has been a ‘special’ vehicle for about 5 years now.
T32E1 is TT with 179K games compared to Obj 906’s 667K games and it STILL has worse KPS than Obj 906.
I mean imo most of the list that UniqueScorpions posted is solid and I personally agree with a lot of the vehicles and BR suggestions.
I only slightly disagree with some small things, the KV-220/T1E1(90) being the most obvious one.
