Planned Battle Rating Changes (January 2026)

Remember the FCS module in the night sight… which didn’t work because of course, the NVD policy which still hasn’t been rolled back.

Vehicle: MiG-29N
Gamemode: Air Arcade
BR Change: 13.0 —> 13.3
Reason: The MiG-29N has the same armament as the MiG-29SMT and a superior flight model yet sits at 13.0 while the MiG-29SMT sits at 13.3. It is also currently the best performing plane in air arcade by a huge margin, even significantly outperforming the rafale.

Mode: Air Simulator Battles
Vehicle: XP-55
BR Change: 3.0 > 4.0
Reasoning: It differs by 1.3br from ARB (4.3). It has one of the highest K/D in the game. For the same reason it moved up in other game modes, it outruns, outclimb and outturns anything at its BR.

Alternatively,

Olifant Mk1

Ground RB
8.3 → 8.7

It’s absurd to have something with darts powerful enough to negate all armor with a laser range finder having the same mobility as the chieftain mk5 at a lower BR. it faces 7.3 man, cmon. and hell, it’d still be very competent. it’d be the same br as the m60a1 rise/p which is still objectively worse in almost all aspects beside armor.

Mode: Naval AB & RB

Vessel: Carmi (PC-466)

Change: 2.3 → 2.0

Reasoning: Carmi (PC-466) has a major weak spot that severely undermines its survivability. Her ammunition racks are located in the bow and can be easily detonated by incoming fire. Because of this, she should remain at 2.0.

What justification is there for it being 11.7?

Its literally stronger than something like the Leopard 2A4M at 12.0

Mode: Air Simulator Battles
Vehicle: Su-11
BR Change: 7.0 > 7.3
Reasoning: It got moved up in ARB for performing so much better than the Su-9 (7.0). The same thing is happening in ASB.

Mode: Air Simulator Battles
Vehicle: Spitfire LF Mk IX (US, GB and Israel)
BR Change: 5.0 > 5.7
Reasoning: It is 5.7 in ARB. It has one the best turn rate, thrust to weight ratio and speed among ALL props up to 5km altitude, it even outperform the Mk24 in most aspects. The only downside is instability, which on the hands of any slightly experienced pilot its not a problem.

Well except for the premiums. The Chieftain 900 is the same BR as the Khalid now that has way better gun handling, transmission and 400hp more

Vessel: PT-811

Change: 3.7 → 3.3

Reasoning: I question the logic of placement at 3.7; PT-811 is nearly identical to PT-810, which is at 3.3. Both have the same armament and crew size, with no meaningful gameplay differences. PT-811 should be reduced to 3.3 to match PT-810.

i think ive been sent a picture of your name before with the caption “its a sign, come over”

Crusader AA Mk.II

4.0 → 3.7

Poor Guns, Mobily means little

With better protection than a Wirbelwind, despite the significantly worse guns, it would fit at 3.7, and give a better SPAA to the 3.7 lineup

Should not be the same BR as the Ystervark

I mean, I agree with you, it is a dirty vehicle at 8.3. Do feel the fact it is quite slow probably keeps it at 8.3, but personally I’d support a move to 8.7. That Dart/LRF combo is mega.

Mode: Naval AB & RB

Vessel: PT-565

Change: 3.0 → 2.7

Reasoning: I question the logic of placement at 3.0. The PT-565 is nearly identical to the PT-200, which sits at 2.7. Both share the same armament, armor, and crew size, with no significant gameplay differences. PT-565 should therefore be lowered to 2.7 to align with PT-200.

prince of wales bumped to 8.0

FOR WHAT PURPOSE? Its AP is ABYSMAL. It could be 7.3 and it’d literally be FINE. Hell, it should be bumped to 7.3, not bumped to 8.0

Vanguard bumped to 8.3

Tell me you don’t play naval without playing naval.
