Reason: The German SLE tornado has nothing special going for it. Its HOSBOs while usable occupy the same slots as Brimstones and TGP, limiting the A2G capability by a ton.
The release limit for everything other than Brimstones also limits the planes performance as to release bombs a subsonic speed needs to be kept up which makes the plane much weaker at evading SPAA fire especially from top of the line SPAAs.
The planes flight model is also extremely limiting in its ability to evade or defend itself from A2A threats.
Unlike the british strike tornado at the same BR, the german one lacks HMD and PGMs nor does it have wing mounted Brimstone launchers resulting in worse air to air and air to ground performance than an already mediocre top tier strike aircraft.
HOSBOs require the aforementioned subsonic release and are also extremely expensive SP wise for the fact that you receive at most 4 IR guided glide bombs that are easy to intercept and sacrifice a targeting pod.
Lowering it down to 11.7 would let it atleast perform better in air to ground combat while still somewhat weak to enemy air superiority fighters. Its current BR of 12.3 makes it face jets like Su30MKK or MK2 which are both more competent at A2A and A2G combat with much better flight model and air and ground ordinance all at the same BR as the tornado SLE
Mod costs are always done on entire row = x cost, divided by number of mods.

Reasoning: Its 9.3 in ARB. This one is probably the most egregious on this list. It is the lowest BR rank VI aircraft in the game (alongside the Yak-30D, which might also need to go up). It has the performance to beat even late korean jets like MiG-17 and F-86F-2, but currently sits at the same BR of post-ww2 jets that can do absolutely nothing against it. Even at 9.0 the Sag2 would perform very well. Have I said it also boasts the highest K/D in the entire game by far?

Reasoning: Its 9.3 in ARB. Its only weakness in ARB is to face supersonics, but in ASB most of those supersonics are at 9.7 anyway. So even if it would go to 9.3 it would probably still overperform, but would at least give some breathing room for those underneath it. Also boasts the 3rd highest K/D in the game.
The M1A1 should stay at 11.7, it has no reason to be uptiered to 12.0

Reasoning: PC-451 has a major weak spot that severely undermines its survivability. Her ammunition racks are located in the bow and can be easily detonated by incoming fire. Because of this, she should remain at 2.0.
