BMP-2 is a slightly better comparison, but the 2S38 was not, that’s all I was saying. One’s tracked, the other is wheeled. One only has an autocannon, the other also gets spikes. One uses a 57mm autocannon that can also take on aerial threats and has much stronger penetration power, the other is weaker. Being light tanks is really the only similarity, that’s all I was getting at.

Everything below 50% indicates most of Ger WW2 vehicles are too high BRed.
Worst WR is at 8.0 and its carried by Leopard 1 tanks So it needs to be one tick lower. 7.3 would be probably more appropriate.
Man the german mains always complains so much about the leopard 1 but then when you play it is a perfectly fine vehicle for 8.0, just finish spading it and my only complain was the hilariously bad german teammates at 8.0.

Compared to PUMA or AJEX, the 2S38 will explode with just a touch, whereas these two have armor that can withstand small-caliber autocannons. In addition, their gun depression also helps them adapt to most maps.

Even if so. A game needs to be balanced. When German players are worse than the others, the BRs need to go down until there’s some kind of balance. Thats exactly what Gajin’s stat based BR changes are about. Nice that we agree.
The game is balanced when equivalent vehicles are at equivalent BRs.
And they suck because the balance isn’t objective and based on vehicle performance.

Finally! Marne & Aisne getting Frigate/Destroyer spawn was long overdue. They messed the naval matches way too much due to their durability and good DPS.
Please consider giving Frigate/Destroyer spawns to below vessels as well:
M-17 & M-802 (Germany)
Drache (Germany)
Arras & Amiens (France)
All above work in a similar fashion & dominate naval boat matches.
Nope, its balanced due to individual vehicle stats. If community agrees that German players are worse than the others and WR stats prove that…so be it. Ger vehicles need lower BRs to compensate.

To be honest, Gaijin doesn’t consider these things，all they care about is kill efficiency. The 2S38 can take out many people at once in some situations, but most of the time it’s just an observer in the match. Its depression angle limits what it can do, otherwise it would just be a conspicuous target.
IMO we really should just have a 3rd F-15J. Its gonna be a necessity at some point:

(Lot C4) F-15J - Aim-9Ls + Aim-7Ms - 12.7
(Lot C6) F-15J J-MSIP - AAM-3s + AMRAAMs - 13.7
(Should also be able to get the -220E engines)
(Lot C8+) F-15J J-MSIP Modernization Type II - AAM-5/B + AAM-4/B - 14.7
With the current J being the lot C6, and the J(M) being the lot C8+. Although there is technically a more advanced J-MSIP Mondernization Type II IEWS, which doesn’t really improve much besides better RWR/sensor fusion. But I could see it being added anyways as a foldered vehicle with the other Modernization Type II.
