It had a system not dissimilar to ARL-44’s, with a loading assistance tray. They also used French 1-piece ammo, as opposed to the US 2-piece ammo, so shouldn’t have the extended reload of the M103. In any event, a source gives a reload rate of ~6-7s for the Foch.
IS-2 will be more than fine at 6.3 and the Tiger E was to broken to stay at 5.7
The poor XM803 should get moved down to 8.7 this patch since gaijin nerfed its round so badly at the beginning of this year.
For T34-85 Sherman 76mm, with a veteran player, it is easy to kill tiger II P by shooting the turret .
BTW , why Tiger H /E has different BR? They are more similar.
The 10.0 Attack plane premiums are just stupidly over powered.
So:
Revert the ZTZ59D1 changes aka keep as it is rn on live and just move it up to 9.0 with the rest.
Move 2S38 to 10.7, it’s a better Otomatic without a radar.
Move Otomatic down to 10.7, it’s a 2s38 with a radar but worse 1st stage ammo replenish, worse cap replenish and very limited APFSDS ammo count.
Move KA50 to 11.3, it shouldn’t be at the same br as the mi28N while having way better missiles, and it will fit just fine at 11.3 as it’s a well filled lineup for USSR. It’s also not fair for the Apaches to get moved up but for this heli to remain the same when it has SIGNIFICANTLY better missiles.
Move the AH6M back down to 10.0. It has no place being at the same br as the Mi28A and the G Lynx and it is a literal downgrade to the Kiowa which is already at the br of 10.3.
Move the Ozelot back down to 9.3, there is no point for Germany to have 2 9.7 SPAA and the Gepard 1A2 is just more versatile being able to engage targets that are close as well as deal with ground targets.
Give the RCV it’s stabilizer if you’re gonna move it up to 9.0. It’s frankly silly that the prototype version has one but the actual RCV doesn’t anyway.
Move the Z9WA back to 10.3, it’s anti ground ordinance is very lackluster in comparison to other helicopters of it’s br.
Move the T95E1 down to 8.0. It’s at the same br currently as the T10M which has better armor, a 14.5mm machine gun that can barrel tanks, a strong APHE with good APDS and HEAT, a two plane stabilizer with roughly the same mobility. It is just worse in every regard and warrants a br decrease. THAT or make into the actual T95 which has a stabilizer among other changes.
Revert the AH64D to 11.3 as it’s just a worse AH Mk.1 cause it doesn’t have Starstreaks. Keep the AH Mk.1 at 11.7, it deserves the br.
Move the Type 89 back to 8.7, it’s such a sad vehicle nowadays, it really doesn’t need to be crapped on more with this br increase :(
NON BR RELATED SUGGESTIONS:
Give the Leopard 2A4 DM33 as it’s top shell and move DM23 as a tier 2 or tier 3 modification.
Give the KF41 additional Spike missiles, two is laughably bad for it’s br.
Reduce the ready rack replenishment time for the Strf9040 series of vehicles.
Give the QN506 it’s additional 4 FNF missiles that you stated it would get back in it’s devblog.
That’s about it I think. Least that I could come up with at the time.
Already was happening with Magic 2s and 9Ls tbf, but they really gotta give the F-4C and countermeasure pod, or lower it’s br. Now that the T-2 is 9.7 with Aim-9Ps, the F-4C being 9.7 seems decently balanced to me since it isn’t as fast as a 104, subsonics can actually catch it for a bit when it needs to make a turn.
why did you raise ztz88 in br but in ussr t-55 amd is better in same br or obj 435
and plz down the t-62 in br its not work at all in 8.7 with no LRF and long reload slow tank with low gun depression
Casual reminder that the CM-less YAH-64 is being moved up to 11.0 with the KA-50 (It also only gets hellfire B, not even wingtip ATAS)
Honestly I don’t care about most of these changes but it’s absolutely beyond me the Object 279 is not on this list to get an uptier.
It should go to at least 9.0 as soon as possible. It’s extremely hard fighting it with 7.7 and 8.0 tanks, you need at least a stabilizer and APFSDS and preferably some armor to stand against it. I’m not one to complain about uptiers often but this tank almost has no weaknesses to outplay for lower tanks. It’s completely overpowered in a downtier.
And yes I have it myself but don’t play it often. I would enjoy playing it more if it was more balanced.
The spamming of this tank last 2 events was also pretty bad at times. Sucked some the fun out of playing around the otherwise very interesting 8.0 bracket.
Edit: and while you’re at it, also uptier the KV-220 to 6.0, especially as Tigers and Panthers are moving up. Same issues as the 279, although somewhat less extreme.
I think the changes are in a good direction, however they need to be more extensive. Last time we saw that certain vehicles having their BRs changed, whilst others did not, resulted in a number of vehicles overperforming (Obj.279 and IS-7 are the best examples).
Additionally, it feels like some of these changes are unnecessary.
IS-2 already went from 5.7 to 6.0, despite being the natural counter to tanks like the Tigers and Panthers. It doesn’t really need to go up again. The same can be said for the basic M26.
Some recommended additions/changes (these are for RB):
KV-220 → 6.0
M26 stays at 6.3
IS-2 stays at 6.0
VK30.02M → 5.3
Panther D → 5.7
Tiger II.H → 7.0
Jagdtiger → 7.0 (doesn’t really make sense for it to be the same BR as the Ferdinand)
Jagdpanther → 6.3 (doesn’t make sense for it to be the same BR as regular Panthers)
Panther II → 7.0 (it’s a good analog to the T-44-100)
IS-7 → 8.7
Obj.279 → 9.0
For the latter two, this could result in poor efficiency in uptiers, but personally (and I’m sure a lot of others will agree) I prefer to see a small number of vehicles do poorly in uptiers in exchange for them not being oppressively powerful in downtiers
First of all, it is ridiculous that the BR of the T-69-2-G is 9.0, because the 8.7 BR also has the T55AM1 Russian tank and the T69 is worse than this tank in terms of armor, but the bullet power advantage maintained that difference. Now the t69 will have to fight with tanks like the t72-turms. I think the BR upgrade was made because a few people use this tank well. And I don’t find it right. At least in order to be truly balanced, the t55am1 BR also needs to be increased.
i think most of the changes regarding the heavy tanks are pretty stupid, all of them (the tiger H1 can prolly be moved back up to 5.7 thats the only one i agree with) are fine at their BR and moving them up just makes more people skip the vehicle when after researching it by a KV-1 getting uptiered to 5.7 where it can barely pen anything isnt too fun, or a tiger 2H getting uptiered to 8.0, please reconsider these
As the f4c has a poor performing radar missile aswell as a bad radar and NO flares in 10.0 I think it should be moved down to 9.7 as it would put the plane against aircraft similar to it in performance
I guess I’ll start from the top of the list (referencing RB here).
KV-1 ZiS-5
I see people wanting this to stay at 4.3. 4.7 is fine…at a full down tier to 3.3, it was more or less invincible with its additional armor.
Crusader AA Mk II
This has no reason to be 4.0. It is worse and has a slower velocity than a Wirbelwind. By this logic, the Wirbel should be 4.3+.
Bosvark
Again, Ostwind II is 5.0. Bosvark has a huge profile, can’t put its gun forward, and has less mobility to get behind cover in tight spots. I would take an Ostwind II over the Bosvark any day. This should stay at 5.0.
KV-85 & M4A1 (76) W
Neither of these deserves 5.0, and I assume they’re only being put there so they still see Tiger Es. They need to stay at 4.7.
Tiger H1 & E
I can see why these are getting up-tiered, but they were okay at 5.3 and 5.7.
Panthers
As others have pointed out, Panther D and VK should go up .3 as well.
Skink
No reason for 5.3. This is slightly more comparable to the Ostwind II, but it still has a slower velocity and is objectively worse at shooting down planes unless they are in your face. The argument is that it can’t be top-downed by planes, but any aircraft with cannons (most German and Russian planes at this BR) can take you out just fine.
Tiger II P & M26
Again, as many others pointed out, the M26 is objectively worse than the T26s, T34, etc. It has no business being 6.7. Regarding the II P, move the II H to 7.0 or leave the II P at 6.3. The II H is far better than the II P, and they should not be the same BR.
VIDAR
This is probably a hot take, but it shouldn’t be higher than 8.0 or 7.7. It’s still just artillery and a new vehicle in the game. When half the enemy team is in the VIDAR at the beginning of the game, of course you’ll get killed by a VIDAR just due to the sheer number of them. That doesn’t make it amazing, and I’m sure many people here just want it to go up because they are tired of getting killed by it due to the number of them.
Otherwise, decent changes, though the Cent Mk II isn’t that good, but it’s probably only going up because everything else in major nations around it is going up.
As many other people have mentioned, KV-220, Object 279, IS-3, IS-4, IS-6 up-tier when? They are comically overpowered at their BRs.
Currently PL-5B it might not enough for Chengdu J-7E & Shenyang J-8F
I might expect PL-5C or PL-5E instead PL-5B on J-7E and PL-5B replace by PL-5E or PL-5E II on J-8F & up to 12.0
In regards to the German tanks please keep in mind that the Panther D is staying at 5.7. The German line-up is still very good with the Panther D, Tiger H and… the Panzer IV/70.
Im surprised to just realize that the Panzer IV/70 has been basically untouched. Its a small profile TD with frontal armor almost immune most AP shells. Now its going to be even stronger thanks to most of its predators uptiered.
Bbut why, the aircraft is already one of the most fun and effective planes at the br. Those changes will just raise it in br and force it into constant uptiers
So, you’re basically closing the gap between WWII and Cold War in Ground Battles…

This thing has way too much firepower for 3.0. If the Pakpuma with the same gun can be at 4.7, then this vehicle can easily sit at 4.0 or even 4.3. I, personally , began using it at 4.7 and can’t really say it would struggle there…
BR change feedback:
Ystervark going DOWN to 4.0 is a slap in the face of any aircraft it meets. I mean, seriously, have you ever looked at the aircrafts this thing meets??? Please, don’t mind players who think that this SPAA’s main role is to destroy tanks’ paintjob and decals…
This vehicle should go UP in BR. 6.0, at least…
I never commented on these br change usually but these are so awful i must do this time.
Where to begin? M26 to 6.7? Why play it then? T26E1, M26E1 and T26E5 are all superior variant to the M26 at 6.7. 6.3 is where it deserve to be, drop the T23 to 6.0 instead.
Tiger 2(P) to 6.7 makes no sense just like the M26 there is a superior version at 6.7.
Type 69IIG going to 9.0 when the 279 and T55AM1/AMD stays 8.7 is so much crap, 279’s are more scary to meet in my 8.7 lineups than any 9.7 tanks. Just take back the 69IIG and ztz88’s reload buff and leave them where they are.
VIDAR should be 8.3 at the very least or even 8.7 perhaps, these thing ruin the whole br bracket.
Anyway these are some of the worst br change made along the last round. Decompress properly or dont at all, stop ruining br bracket and lineup doing piecemeal decompression. Wanna raise the M26 and Tiger II(p) to 6.7? Fine raise the max br +.3 and every single tank in the game over 6.3 raise .3. Simple isnt it? We could easily go up to 13.3 and still have some br being compressed.
