This is a good chance to keep the T-80B at 10.3 and remove its ahistorical gunner thermals.

BR Change: 13.3 → 13.0
Reason: The Tornado F3 Late is good on paper in most respects, but struggles to actually defend against ARH missiles fired at it. 50% of this issue was dealt with the new FM, but it still lacks meaningful counter measures.
Prefered solution: Fix the Tornado F3
- BOL is currently performing at 1/4 IRL performance (bug reports in for both BOL “flares” and BOL “Chaff”) and as such, leaves the Tornado F3 with extremely weak CMs that do almost nothing. Fixing BOL would give the F3 a capable defensive suite of CMs
- Add Phimat Pods (recently added on the Jaguars). These pods contain 216 large calibre chaff that would greatly augment the F3s current BOL and give it a strong chaff count to defend against ARH missiles (and enable more BOL to be taken as flares). The Torando F3 can carry either 2x Phimat pods (for 432 large calibre chaff) in place of both fuel tanks or replace 1x Aim-9 for 1x Phimat (for 216 large calibre chaff). Both options should be available as there are times you want fuel tanks and times when you dont.

It’s not unusual that Sim BR’s are not adjusted at the same time as AB and RB, at least if my memory serves me right.

Reason:
The Leclerc and the Leclerc S2 are the only tanks that will be in 12.0 without a stock APFSDS as an option,for the sole reason of them being Tier VII vehicles. So,either bring them to Tier VIII so they automatically have the OFL 120 G1 as the stock round (just like the S.XXI and the AZUR) or leave them at 11.7 with the hope of not having to encounter a lot of 12.0 with the stock HEAT-FS

The annoyance those tomcats do is to force most players into defensive flying. Sure, defensive flying is not hard, but they juice out all the energy that is useful to launch. Forcing notches allows for the allies to attack with more energy and advantageous position.
The problem with tomcats is the fact that it provides so much frustration since its just non-stop defensive manuvers with no counters.

Ground realistic, Aj-37 10.3 → 10.0.
Reason: It can only carry 2 agm65a and 1 gun pod with countermeasures. Compare this with the Ayit, Hunter f.58 and you see that the Aj-37 loudout is lacking. Other planes can carry much more ordnance/bettter at a lower br. Only pro of the Aj-37 has is speed.

Ground RB, All Leclercs 11.7 > 12.0 - with the addition of a new shell.
It is a massive double standard to increase the BR of the M1A1 HC and similar to 11.7 and giving them a more potent shell (M829A2) but to raise the Leclercs to 12.0, when they have a shell that is worse than the shell the M1A1 HC uses at 11.3 currently and far worse than anything their 12.0 counterparts use.

I could understand it when it still had 16G missiles but now(actually a relatively long time ago) they were buffed to 32Gs.
its lower then the supposedly “OP” Type 81 (C) but now is better at pretty much everything:
- similar missiles (both max range of 10km, similar max speed 910-955ms and similar maneuverability 32-35Gs)
- 4x 30mms
- search radar
- gen 3 thermals
- has armour to withstand mgs
the only real downside is that the Tunguska has no FnF missiles.
the Tunguska should be THE VERY LEAST be at the exact same BR as the Type 81(C).

Japanese one is 10.3 with two more aim 9J/P’s, german one has the same 4 aim 9J’s at 10.0.

So? F-14s at least dump all their missiles at start and you’re good after that, the Su-27 being the same BR with 6x R-27ER’s just gonna ruin everything and force you to play defensively always.
