British RB Ground BR’s:
- RB, Chieftain Mk 3: 8.7 down to 8.3. The Chieftain Mk 5 has far better mobility and top speed, and sometime soon will get a LRF. This makes the Chieftain Mk 3 feel more like a heavy tank in comparison but only with decent armour when hull down.

He is so high because most planes and machine guns can’t do anything to him because of the armor.
Doesn’t need to be downgraded
Tier 8 leclercs should at the very least receive DM53 or better SHARD and go over an in depth revision of the tank. Same with merkavas.
But with the rework to CR2 and ZTZ99A not improving much dont expect gaijin to do much.
Arietes even fully fixed wont be the best, but since there is a 2a7hu to hold the top tier they can get dropped down in br.

- RB, SAV 20.12.48: 3.7 to 4.0. This vehicle is a monster. Not much else to be said really.

T-72A : 9.3 > 9.7 reason : following the decompression of the 8.3/9.3, all variants (m1 export version) should move like the others 9.3
Kpz/Mbt-70 : 9.3 > 9.7 reason : should moving like others 9.3 vehicule, like the VFM5 ( why raise its BR if them not ?)
T-64B : 9.7 > 10.0 reason : Leopard 2k and almost 9.7 vehicles moving to 10.0 and T-64B is adequate MBT.

While it can be powerful, it will only do so, if the enemy jets chooses to engage it in a turn fight. The thing is, at this BR, most people knows that turnfighting is not advantageous, so it happens in a blue moon. It doesn’t have the thrust to wight ratio to be able to fight like jets usually do.

M1A1 and IPM1 are 11.0 at the moment, and the Leopard 2A7 is 11.7.
So it’s a 0.7 BR difference.
After the changes, the M1A1 and IPM1 are going to 11.3 and the Leopard 2A7 is going to 12.0.
So it’s a 0.7 BR difference still.
I agree with the rest of your points, though.

You should discuss about the vampires as well, they are pretty screwed in energy fights
Soviet RB Ground BR’s:
- RB, SU-122: 2.7 to 3.0. This, and the two vehicles below are incredibly powerful. Especially against new players. You see entire squads of SU-122, M4A3 (105), and StuH 42 G when playing these BR’s.
Tf brosky leclerc is Goat, id say it’s upper mid maybe like 4.th best MBT type in game, as for chiense, idk about those newer been interested in them but as Ariete player I can tell you a go cart with 2 50.cals is a better MBT than Ariete
French RB Ground BR’s:
- RB, All Leclerc series: 12.0 to 11.7. One of the worst top tier mbt. Literally worse at everything when compared to a Leopard 2 or Type-90. Shouldn’t be on the same BR

I have played both the Merkava and the ZTZ and I can safely say that the ceiling of the Merkava is considerably lower than that of the ZTZ, even with this reload buff.

Vehicle in question: ARB Sea hawk Mk.50
Vehicle changes: 8.0-7.7
Although 2xAIM-9B were not a huge deal, the sea hawks suffer from the problem where most of its foes even at the same BR offers better energy management, as well as basic stats like top speed.

There is a massive compression problem at 2.7-3.7 imo
There should be no reason why the B1 ter (2.7) and B1 bis (2.3) should be facing M4A1s, and Pz.IV F2s / Pz.IV Gs, SU-122, M4A3 (105) etc…
Same with the SU-122. The armour is very good for 2.7, but it can easily be penned by the M4A1’s M61 shot.

Overwhelmingly powerful combat capabilities on its original BR, even top-tier aircraft struggled to compete with it.

Ariete and Leclerc are literally the same now, what are you on ?
The merkavas has the tendency to die whenever someone sneezes on them. Their buff should be aimed at somewhat improving their armor and highlighting the survivability after being penned.

If we go with the generally agreed consensus, thats the leclerc behind L2A7V/HU/122, T-80BVM, L2A6/NL, so you mean the leclerc is better than the type 10 which has better stats in evert aspect except armor?

Which usually come with hefty downsides, especially if we are talking about the T-90M, all these downsides for features that are so easily negated.
An Abrams will always be able to dictate the fight when facing a T-90M due to better mobility/gun depression/reload, so any Abrams player with 2 braincells should be able to win most of those fights.
