Reason: It’s a total downgrade version of Su-27 SM with worse RWR, only 1 data link, zero CAS capability and fewer missle, making it have almost zero advantage against Mig-29s in 13.3, so, move it to 13.3 is the choise

From 100 Aim-9L launches at your Milan/Mirage 5F, you can dodge the Aim-9l like 1-2 times out of 100 at a distance bigger than 1.2km
One advantage is the fact it can carry 8 r77s? I think that warents a slight uptier. Also, its no where near the br level of a tornado…

no, they are horrible, they dont turn for like 2,5 seconds after launch and they lose speed rapidly when they do (engine gives a massive boost at first and turns off immediatelly after) meaning that if you shoot them from the rear… either the missile will just go straight past its target or it will be too far away to reach it due to it losing speed when they actually do start turning.
they are only useful as aerial mines - they are launched front aspect and they slowly glide in the air, being able to only do minimal corrections - if enemy keeps going towards you in a straight line, they will likely pick it up though
Skill issue,… also i wonder how you’ve got a 1.8KD in your Milan if the Milan is that bad that it need to go down?
This is also no wonder why i got a 2 KD in my own Mirage 5F.
You clearly have a pretty limited gameplay time, with most of them be it Premium aircrafts, all considered undertiered because of premium status.
Fair enough, however what should happen instead is that the other jets should go to 14.0 and you stay at 13.7. We dont need jets moving down, we need top tier to go up to create more space for us.

the MTI mode in mig 23m is really only for looking - should i remind you that japan gets PD radar at 9.7 in its T-2?
Leopard 2A5 - 11.7 there is no reason to put 2A5 on the same BR with 2A7. It’s worse in every single aspect.

So thier basically r7 equivalents. Lets compare it the the f4ej. The f4ej gets 4 9ps and 4 7es, it doesnt get agile eagle and its radar has no pd. The mig 23 has a better fm (no arguing that against a base f4), it has 4 all aspects which are slightly better than 9ps, It then has 2 radar missiles that are better and worse in some apsects to the 7e. However it still has a pd radar making it usable low down where as the f4ej cant even lock jets bellow 2km (trust me even in acm mode its a chore). The mig 23 still has its benefits and can stay at 11.3 and be comfortable, The r23s may hold it back but not nearly enough for me to say 11.0 worthy.

Do we…really need to elaberate on this? super sonic, quad 20mm, lots of flares, 4 aim-9D, actually having a good flight model. The closest I can find is F-1 at 10.3 with 4 aim-9P, but remind you F-1 does not have any flares. Just…why? How is it possible that its stats does not stand out that it’s missing from the list? I’m sure others also have touched on this so I’m not going to type a whole paragraph.

I get that F8U-2 is a bit too low,… but if all MiG-21 bis variants go down,… i don’t see the F8U-2 going 10.7,…
