Air RB, R2Y series, 8.0->7.3
This plane has been sitting at 8.0 even after its bombing sight + bomber spawn gets taken away for years. Its flight performance is close to those of 7.0-7.7 in terms of speed, turn rate, energy retention, and its quad 30mm, and not at 8.0 alongside sabres and mig-15s.
Please, I implore Gaijin to re-evaluate its BR based only on the stats after the bomber spawn got taken away, because that air spawn was a huge advantage, and now it should reflect on its BR.

it has R-60M, 10.0 is still filled with flareless aircraft. it does not deserve to go down.
radar is not useless, it has MTI mode and range can be extented up to 90km if you fly higher, missiles use CW signal anyway so turning off MTI at higher altitudes in order to extend range isnt an issue
i know… R-23R is pain, it only starts to turn wll into when afterburner already burned out and it would be fair to not move it up should br be decompressed… but otherwise? no.
Skill issue? You have 2 Magic 1s on your Mirage 5F
And it’s sits way higher in BR, so fight way better aircrafts.
Meanwhile you’re faster and more maneuvrable in Milan.
Magic-1 still needs you to fire from rear-aspect.
And not to forget that you start the grind with only AIM-9B’s as the Milan.

Yeah, no 10.0 should be facing mig 23s. It also shows how much gaijin cares when an f104asa is at 12.0 due to having 4 9ls (or more likely it can carry 2 pd sarh missiles) all while having a worse rwr, fm, less missiles, radar, and the lack of a cannon if you bring the aspides.

Other BR9.0 Light armor Vehicle has stabilizer or Missile or TVD or All.
But this vehicle doesn’t have all of them.
He has only APFSDS compare with similar vehicle same BR.
Now BR9.0 is too high.
The milan does not need to go down, its a great bomber and a very nice dog fighter. Yes it does face r60ms but like anyone else you should run away from them and keep an eye out.

Bro, the Mirage 5F is at 10.0 with 2 Magic 1s, while the Milan has just 2 Aim-9Bs at 9.7. The Milan might be faster, but it doesnt matter, it will still get hit by Aim-9Ls, Aim-9Js and whatsoever. Speed doesnt matter that much and talking about manouverability, try dodging a 35g missile or outmanouvering ANY other delta wing aircraft. The problem is the flight model of the Milan, which is just bad

I dodge AIM-9L in Mirage 5F,… your Milan is more maneuvrable and Faster aswell so might be easy to dodge.

They nerf the red tops then finally decided to move it up… Give us the old red top fm if thier not going to give us the all aspect capabilities it had irl… Iether that or give us the gun pod with 4 adens so we can dog fight people.

or… maybe mig 23m could go to 11.0 since only 10.0 aircraft in the game i could find is mirage IIIC and 5F, but this means that the mirage IIIC will have to go to 9.7… and mirage IIIC at 9.7 would be quite a terror i imagine

All this does is compress, Im not an expert on the mig 23s at 11.3 but what i do know is thier fm is god (even after the nerf), They have 4 r60ms, they also get 2 r23r/ts. Now i have heard the t23s are quite bad, but that doesnt mean a jet with a pd radar should be facing shit at 10.0? I think people have forgotten that this thing gets mti mode…
This thing is basically equivilant to the f104 and yet look at the br difference? makes no sense.
Lol,… i dodged AIM-9L from 0.5 to 3.5 km ranges,… not hard to do,…
(Also if you end up at 0.5km range to your ennemy firing an AIM-9L then you screwed up yourself in first place → skill issue)
