Personally, I think F-15C (1997) (USAF), F-15C Baz (1999) (Israel) and F-15J MSIP (JASDF) enough potential at 12.7 or 13.0 BR

Not only does it have guns, but it has an absolutely unmatched radar that has a detection cone that is almost as tall as it is long… at 15km distance, the Pantsir’s radar is over 11km tall… vs the FlaRakRad, which at maximum range only has a radar cone of about 6km high… aka it’s literally impossible to spawn and get above a Pantsir, while with the FlaRakRad/ADATS/ItO 90M, it only takes turning around and side climbing for 30 seconds (which is also impossible to do against Pantsir as the missiles can hit you no matter where you go with how small the Out of Bounds is for most maps’ air spawns) (also fun fact, did you know Pantsir has the highest-elevation of ANY SPAA system at a positive +85*? that’s better than FlaRakRad/ItO which only have +80*, and miles better than ADATS’ +59*)

Yeah, no F15 version is mentioned to have a BR 12.7, probably due to its poor performance in all three owning countries.

It does not have PD radar
Sparrows may still track even if your radar goes to chaff assuming there is sufficient relative velocity. Doesn’t work always but it isn’t useless.
MiG-21 planes generally are certainly too high in BR. J-7D in particular definitely needs to be lower than MiG-21bis, since it doesn’t even have an engine on par with MiG-21bis.
The T95 has its struggles in 7.0 BR as it is, with its slow movement and long reload time it would be shocking at 7.3 as it could get uptiered to 8.3 and verse enemies that can easily one shot it easier than they already can at 7.0

M26 is not 0.7 BR better than Panther A, more like 0.3 BR.
It was fine at 6.3.
About the Strela: imho the problem with the Strela is that the missile ignores flares completely and it has no IRCCM (at least that’s what the statcard says). In DCS you can defeat Strela with a couple of flares. If there’s no changes to the missile then this thing should go to 10.0 at least. If not, then remove the IRCCM, make the missile flarable.

“The target can only be engaged during the day and in clear weather conditions, and the background behind the target must be uniform”. Then why I’ve been sniped by Strela through clouds and in stormy weather while flaring?
As main French player, you just lost all the confidence you’ve gained this year with the recent changes/roadmap, and you deserve another slap on steam and everywhere.

We literally can’t know what happened if you refuse to take footage of the situation, also from strela’s point of view so we can see wether it was using photo contrast or not. Do you want to figure this out or just complain?
