We both want to see the F-14 uptiered and want decompression. That’s great. What’s not great is acting like it was already destroying the game before it’s uptier. I believe the F-14s should get buffed and sent up, but you’re making it sound like the F-14s were already good and don’t need buffs to be competitive, which is unfortunately false.
NRB, Dupleix: 5.7 → 5.3: Given that it has no AP shells, it has no business being the same BR as Hipper-class, Graf Spee, Zara-class, Myoko-class. Seriously, it’s just bad at this BR and has no redeeming features.
NRB, Dunkerque: Make the 330mm OPF APCBC like it should be (and this has been proven beyond any doubts multiple times) and put it at 7.0

Ok that is actually fair. What I was basically trying to say in that suggestion was that those Starfighters need to stay away from the planes that are currently in that unfortunate BR range, with a BR decrease as band-aid solution.
Nobody here is asking me to clarify my position on what should ALSO be done to them, people just see 13.0 and start crying actual tears.

Reasoning: It’s no better the the TT AMX.
AirRB: you are the slowest on the team so you got no change to bomb bases so you are stuck to drop 6 bombs on ground forces.
The missles are utterly useless since you are so slow and need to get within 0.8-1,5km to fire. after 1.5km they have a very high chanse to just outrun the missile. And they LOVE flares.
AirSim: it’s no better the the TT AMX in anyway
GroundRB: This br increase for no reason also makes it go up against pantsir + With no other vehicles at the br the 10.7 lineup needs to get push up aswell to 11.3
Ground RB, Su-7B, 9.3 → 9.0 - this plane has no smart munitions at all. It does not even has bomb CCRP/CCIP. Relies only on 4x500kg FABs. While it has CCIP for rockets, those are 4x S-24s. Not even the B variant of them. You practically need to be less than 2km distance to hit with them and you need direct hit. Its full at its BR of AA with IR missiles against which it cant do anything - turns like a bus and has no counter measures.
- Saying the F-14A can keep up with the EUROFIGHTER in a DF to the point where you would be able to reverse a Eurofighter is genuinely an insane loony bin take. I love my Tomcat, but that’s not what she’s made for.

Reason: These aircraft have long since struggled at their current BR given their overall limited performance and the strength of many others at the same BR but have just barely managed to scrape by but I was on the fence about whether they needed a BR drop. With many other aircraft getting a BR drop with a similar performance (like the Mig-21s and especially the AJ37) or Similar role (like teh Su-17/Su-22s) the Jaguars also need a BR drop down to 10.3. All of those at 10.7 being moved to 10.3 in this update are equal or superior to the Jaguar GR1A/Jaguar A already and so the Jaguar needs to move down as well.
Well it’s because an F-14A, no matter if it has fakours, shouldn’t be 13.0 in this state. It’s as simple as that. If it were for the greater good, then the IRIAF needs buffs. I think you agree, right?
Yeah, just like the Zero wins a dogfight a 100% of the time, yet it wins 0% of the fights against anyone who doesn’t dogfight it because they have a 300km/h speed advantage where even in a dive the Zero cannot catch them… yet now it sits at 5.3 with the same speed as a heavy bomber at 5.3.
Having played the Ariete, there has not been a single plane I could catch up with.
greater good = I am ok with 1 jet being unplayable if it means the rest of them gain a great deal of fun/enjoyment from the 1 jet being gotten rid of, this is a compromise I’d rather not take because ultimately I’d rather gaijin extract their cranium from their rectum and learn how to balance the game, ie decompress.

Reason: At 6.7 is well known that BI is overperforming everything it faces, while me163 is at 8.0 BI could be at 7.3 .
Where is the airspawn for the all aspects slingers around 10 / 11.0 in ARB? What I see now is a re compression because of the lack of this airspawn which makes most OK fighters around this area get trapped by those missiles. Move them up where they belong, hunting for ground targets and early fighters on the middle of the map, and leave the fighters alone. This is exactly what happens at low tiers and it works fine
See, here’s the thing! The Ariete also has one of the highest top speeds, T/W ratios, acceleration curves, etc of any subsonic! It’s ALSO one of the fastest ones and it DOES maintain its energy the best out of just about any of them! It’s almost like it’s a zero that DOESN’T have speed problems! (It just can’t catch SUPERSONIC jets!)

Why would a faster plane dogfight it? How is that an argument? It doesn’t need to dogfight because it’s faster, probably has missiles as well as more ammo.
Also it can deal with A-10 and SU-25 just fine in a 1v1 situation, go watch defyn play.
