Vehicle: Challenger 2E
Gamemode: Ground Realistic
BR Change: 12.0 ----> 11.7
Reason: Whilst the 2E has a notable upgrade over the earlier Challenger 2s that justify it being 0.3 BR higher than them. It does not have the performance to match any of the top tier MBTs. It should be 0.3 BR lower than the 2A7V, 122 and BVM.
If anything Gaijin will give it the Fatter. R-73 is rarely if ever seen on any of the Iranian F-14
Vehicle: R2Y2 V1
Gamemode: Air and Ground Realistic
BR Change: V1 8.0 → 7.3
Reason: the R2Y is a flying brick, it is really poor in acceleration, plus its slow compared to the other 2 R2Y’s
The only good about it is the 30mm guns it has
Vehicle: HMS York
Gamemode: Naval Realistic
BR Change: 5.7 ----> 5.3
Reason: Unlike many other Heavy Cruisers at 5.7. The York only has 6x 8" guns and not 8 that most others have. This greatly limits its firepower vs most other ships. It also is severly lacking in armour vs many other Heavy Cruisers
Vehicle: HMS Tiger
Gamemode: Naval Realistic
BR Change: 5.7 -----> 5.3
Reason: Despite its high firerate, it actually has a weaker fire rate than that of other light cruisers like USS Atlanta or USS Helena, and unlike those ships, the Tiger has terrible medium range accuracy. Additional, it has almost no armour, making it extremely vulnerable to even destroyers. 5.3 is a more reasonable BR for it at this time.
Of course not, you silly.
Meanwhile russian totally balanced premium 10.3 lineup remains untouched.
RB, R2Y2 (All) 8.0 > ~7.0. Among the slowest jets at its bracket, ground spawn, and legacy stats haven’t done it favorably in the long term. The fact that it faces 8.0-9.0 is criminal, and I just want to see it have a last justice before being deleted for new players, and its legacy stats outweigh it forever.
Vehicle: Hunter F6 (Britain)
Gamemode: Air Realistic & Air Sim
BR Change: 9.7 -----> 9.3
Reason: The Hunter F6 has no advantage over the French equivalent that is currently at 9.3 except for the SRAAMs which are in an extremely poor state. Though unlike the Harrier Gr1, actually has a usable airframe. It is also weaker than the Hunter F58 which shares the same BR but has CMs.
Primary/prefered solution: FIX SRAAMs (2km range, All-aspect (or good rear aspect angles) and fix TVC within 400m)
AMX-10P, GRB, 6.3 > 5.7
It is not better than the SUB-I-II in any way, shape, or form, aside from protecting the gunner.
I kinda feel like SRAAM is pretty ok with its speed and Glimit, this thing just cannot be balanced. shreds planes with no flares
Although I do notice the downside of range, most of the planes can just ran pass it.
Morvan chill
R2Y2 needs 7.3 RIGHT now Before it was deleted and forgotten by gaijin.
AirRB,GroundRB, AMX A-1A, 11.3->10.7
The only thing that makes it an higher BR is the MAA-1 but once you play around with it, you discover that the Piranha is a sidegrade at best, downgrade at worst:
-It has 45G, but what’s really the point when the drag is so high?
-The range of it is way more limited compared to the AIM-9L
-kinetically is horrible as the motor lasts so little that one or two changes of directions makes it useless
-It’s as flareable if not worse than the AIM-9L
The first, and most basic Challenger 2 is actually one of the better ones, because you can take the add-on armour off, thus maintaining some decent amount of mobility, and its not like the add-on armour is worth anything apart from being just dead weight, let’s be honest. Its perfectly fine for 11.7.
The 2F and TES/OES are the ones that are not really fitting into the meta currently, because they’re underpowered as you can’t take off the add-on panels.
2S25M 10,0 > 10,7, increase vertical targeting speed.
This tank has excelent gun and mobility, with weak armour, which is good combination for “glass cannon” playstyle, but… atrocious vertical targeting speed is killing it (literally).
ARB,F-16A OCU.13.7>13.3
The F-16A OCU is the weakest 13.7 fighter, has no HMD, only 45 C/M rounds, and its initial armament is Python 3 with no 9L or 9M.
Vehicle: Hunter F6 (France)
Gamemode: Air Sim
BR Change: 9.0 —> 9.3
Reason: The Hunter F6 in the French tree moved up to 9.3 in RB, but did not in SB and currently shares the same BR as the Hunter F1 despite being both a superior airframe and having AAMs. It belongs at 9.3
(RB) PGZ09 8.3 > 9.0 (9.3)
-The main reason is the shrapnel shell PMD062, if before shrapnel was not such a big threat and was something between conventional shells and radio detonator, then recently shrapnel works almost similar to radio detonator, which fundamentally changed the gameplay on this anti-aircraft gun. If before it was an analog of Gepard, then with the new shrapnel is the same as M247, but because of the fact that this projectile has no tracer, no explosion animation or any sounds, it makes shrapnel much more dangerous than any radio detonator, and coupled with the speed and good damage of 35mm guns at 8.3 this PGZ09 does not leave a chance to any aircraft, and even at higher ratings remains the most dangerous cannon anti-aircraft gun. [The alternative to increasing BR - nerf this shrapnel belt, limiting its number].
RB, F-20A 12.7 > ~ 12.3
Worse RWR than F-4EJ Kai, worse radar, less CMs, less missiles
