That fv4005 situation is so strange that moving it anywhere will not make it any stronger because everything pens it, we are talking about something as small as 12.7mm caliber being able to kill it. The best thing we could do is apply the reload buff like kv-2. The T30 can receive the similar reload buff too, else it is the most inferior version compare to T29 and T34 when it comes to DPM.

Merkava Mk.2D: Addition of M428 Sword
Since the Merkava Mk.2D seems to keep going up in br with an underpowered shell, it would be reasonable to add the M428 Sword in order to be able to compete in uptiers. The M428 Sword offers similar performance to M900 and will allow the vehicle to be able to hold its own in uptiers where M426 will struggle as the tank does not have the mobility to flank to get to the enemy’s weaker sides.
This is extremely important as Relikt ERA bags can stop M426 meaning that killing some tanks from the side in full uptiers will be basically impossible

HMS Spey: Gunboat → Subchaser
It has no proper armament for engagements at those longer ranges and has an extremely low top speed.
It also has a very weak damage model that cannot compete with bluewater ships.
So it is only reasonable that it should be changed to a Subchaser so it can utilize the coastal vessel spawns.

The problem with the M51 itself is the fact that the developers didn’t make the game realistic. The main and most dangerous enemy the M51 faced in reality was essentially the T-54, which at the time only used APCBC (not APDS or HEAT-FS) as its best ammunition, while the M51’s HEAT was more than enough to destroy the T-54 in one shot. In the game, however, we have the pathetic modeled damage of the HEAT, coupled with the bug that often causes a crew member or module to completely stop the bullet’s damage.
The M51 could easily be a Br 7.0, but with correct HEAT damage.

(GRB) Spyder AIO 12.0 > 11.3 — Until 4x aesa radar, optical lock (with ability to slave/launch P5 without radar) and i-Derby ER being implemented, this is Tor-M1 level of spaa. If said problems gets solved, move Spyder back to a 12.0. Also fix overpressure through hitting radar. How comes Tor or S1 can tank hellfires but Spyder getting overpressured like there is no tomorrow?

T30: Rate of fire: 2 RPM → 2.5 RPM
A 30 second reload rate for a two piece shell with two loaders is a bit much, especially when the M109 which uses the same caliber and shell has half the reload rate

(GRB) Kfir C.10 12.3 > 12.0 — F-4F KWS LV, AV-8B Plus - both are 3rd gen with ARH missiles, irccm Fox-2s and FnF A2G munitions. Kfir only have ARH missiles out of those three things. How comes its +0.3 BR higher?

Amx-32 (120) going up in br?? It only has ~20mm more pen and gained immunity against autocannons compared to the 105 version, that’s it. Fcs is still bad.

(ARB) F-16A Block 10 Netz/Netz (Mod) 12.7 > 12.3 — P3 is a comparable missile to a Aim-9L. Its worse at close shots and better at long ones. Its not straight up better. This plane should be at 12.3 BR like other F-16As without Fox-1 missiles.

(GRB) AH-1F Tzefa D/E 9.7 > 9.3 — Heli without A2A missiles, optical track and a bad A2G missiles. Just a one BR step higher sits French EC-665 Tiger HAP with far superior weponry, flight perfomance and ability to optical lock (extremely useful with chin mounted gun)

Out of season april fools jokes striking once again. I am impressed on how focussed your guys are on some spreadsheet that shows you that a tech tree vehicle in a minor nation performs better than a premium in the russian 10.3 lineup. I am truly impressed on how bad these changes end up to be.
Not like we are complaining since ages for the 2S38, T80Ud, Bmd4 or Bmp3 to go up

But it has been suggested and requested at every single BR change proposal since it was added. Quite literally every single one. The 2S38 needs to go up. You continually raise every other equivalent vehicle but the 2S38. Either the likes of the HSTV-L and Puma should come down one BR step, or the 2S38 needs to go up. It is coming across as bias or favouritism.
