A Few things I would like to note:
I am unsure of the AGS ever even got M900 with the type of gun system it has, however, I feel that if it goes up to 11.7, it should receive M900 or something to help it a bit.
2S38 I feel should at least go to 10.7 as it is a menace to everything and the only reason it is not looking so good on the statistics are because low level players are using it.
As I typically would ask for as well. I want to ask if the HSTV-L can receive it’s better ammo (Either Delta 4 or Delta 6). I feel this would help it keep up with all the armor at the BR.
P-59A I believe is not a very fast plane at all and it barely climbs. I would like to see it go back to 5.3 BR so it can keep up better.
Turm III Should be at least 8.7 BR because it is an amazing and very good vehicle at the 8.3 range that it sees. It has a 30mm cannon, stabilizer, and a 5 second reload. It is kind of insane how good it is.

Its way better in 1km-2km range, accelerates insanely fast and at that distance, ignores flares. It pulls harder and maneuvers straight off the rail. Considering you’ll be close to the ground in the F-16A OCU as it can’t really BVR, being able to sling off the Python 3 headon at 2km is a death sentence for the enemy.
Python 3 isn’t IRCCM, but it makes up for that in speed. I find 9Ms missing at such close ranges because it can’t maneuver as fast and as hard.
Its FM got absolutely gutted and it barely wins dogfights now, instead it can just run which is the only strenght that stayed. It have good acceleration and top speed,thats about it, they turned it into Starfighter.

Claiming that 2s38 is “not” performing superior in battle is diabolical.

2s38 has a much higher penetration and higher survivabillity than the strf.
wanting to raise strf BR whilst also refusing to give its AIR lock, outrageous .
2s38 is closer to HSTVL on steroids than strf

That thing should just go to 10.7 already to silence the complainers.
Most KV-2 models are getting their reload buffed but one is forgotten ever since its penetration value got gutted several years ago.

This would be in line with the buffs the other KV-2 models are getting.

If the AGS must go up, give it M900, it’s higher than the IPM1 at this point and even it has M900. If the shell is indeed too much for 11.7 then 12.0 would be a fine BR for it too. It will be in 12.0 games almost all the time anyway. The tank should be equipped for it.

It already received M900.
Moving type 90 to 11.7 is fair, but it doesn’t solve the problem, it just moves it somewhere else. The solution is to increase the max br to at least 12.3, which has been needed for a long time.
The XM800t does not deserve 8.7. First of all, there is practically no lineup at this BR, so it will probably be played at 9.0. Secondly, good luck with penetrating, for example, Russian tanks, even from the side.
obj 906 should have returned to its BR of 8.3 a long time ago. A light tank, with 4s reload, stabilization, and HEAT shells. Alternatively, weaken its firepower.
If the T29 is weakened, you should also increase the reload time of the Tiger II 105.
Type 59, ZTZ 59A, and Type 69 should be moved to 8.3, because they have stabilization, and that makes a big difference in balance, where they even encounter vehicles from 7.0, including heavy tanks, which have no arguments in combat against them, worse mobility, dpm, and firepower.
In connection with the strengthening of DM33 shells, which have benefited German vehicles the most, I believe that selected German vehicles from 9.3 br, which should have had their BR increased long ago, and now, after the strengthening of these shells, vehicles such as tam2IP, c2a1, leo1a5, leo a1a1 l/44, m48 super should have their BR increased to 9.7 along with the begleitpanzer.
With the change in the penetration value of DM33 shells, what is the point of having DM63 105mm shells? The differences are minor, mainly in the weight of the shell.
As previously mentioned, I believe that the PZH2000 should be upgraded to 8.0 and the Vidar to 8.3—laser rangefinder, rapid reloading, mobility, overpressure, and VIDAR additionally equipped with thermal imaging.
Anti-aircraft vehicles such as Gepard, Falcon, ITPSV Leopard - all anti-aircraft vehicles on these BRs, equipped with stabilization, DPM, APDS, should be weakened because they completely destroy the balance and are foolproof. Their BR should be increased or their APDS should be taken away.
I have an idea for changing the Bradley vehicles. I know that in reality they have ATGM launchers that close when moving, but it would be possible to leave them open all the time, even when moving, which would speed up combat readiness and firing, and would be more balanced and enjoyable.
With the change in the past of T55 family vehicles from 8.3 to 8.7, their reload time was also reduced for balance purposes, so I believe that a vehicle such as the T95E1, which also went up in BR at that time, did not get anything in return. It has a caliber of only 90mm and no stabilization, so it deserves this change.
Instead of increasing the BR, of MSC you could weaken it so that it remains at 10.7 and stays at that BR. You have introduced a lot of Leopard 2A4 vehicles, which, surprisingly, do not upset the balance, but just one vehicle from a less popular nation and you are already weakening it, especially when France did not have a lineup on this BR for years and when it was finally created, you are destroying it. Sometimes it is better to weaken something’s parameters, e.g. firepower, than to change the BR, because lineups are more important.

Please keep the MSC at 10.7. Yes, maybe it may have an autoloader and decent armour, but it still isn’t a very survivable tank and it wouldn’t stand a chance against 12.0.

nope, not yet, top round for AGS rn is M833
the only vehicles in the American TT with the M900 round are IPM1 and M1128 Stryker, TCM AGS has been stuck with M833 for a while now
Why are the Seahawks going up? They’re horrendously slow even at their current BR and can’t catch anyone if they decide to run away and now they will be facing supersonics lol

Not good BR changes Overall. I regret searching the french TT just because of the nerfs, this is becoming unbearable, nerfs upon nerfs yet nothing changes for the planes and tanks that are nerfed to the ground or forgotten about.
