The tradeoff for the ADF I guess is having AIM-120s over the Derby.
Wouldn’t this functionally just make it identical to the F-16C (ignoring HMD + CM, it’d increase its BR to just be a worse -16C)? I also wonder if the AIM-120 was only used in later models, allowing for F-16A ADF (E) to take the place of the current ADF as a AJ alternative.
Don’t move the MSC up in br. The reason you’re seeing a large boost in winrate is because French players have gone from having 1 10.7 tank to 2-3 if you include the premium. The MSC’s only real standout feature is having the same reload time as an ace-crewed leopard. With many tanks (without autoloaders) being capable of beating it’s 6s reload. This is not enough to put it at 11.0 unless it receives some large buffs.

AIM-120A and AIM-120B are identical in game, giving it the B would change nothing about its performance. Only C-5 would change its performance.

I’m just hoping that with adding that Igla-S they’ll take a look at the stingers again and buff them, if it’s actually 20G and not just a proxy fuse.

Yes, AIM-9M are superior but still you normally carry maybe 1 or 2 at top tier, you mostly use FOX-3

Extremely good kinematics for its BR, in top speed, manueverability, energy retention and acceleration with no downsides, like top speed. Stomping all non-meta props at 5.0.
At 5.7 it will be close to its successor Ki-84 Otsu at 6.0

The changes for the chinese and French TT are ridiculous, not one asked for it and it is not needed.
AMX-32 at 9.7 really ? MSC at 11.0 defeats the whole point of it existing, just delete it at this point… at least he will be able to line up with his insanely overtiered Super-Etendard i guess, but these are the only 2 French 11.0 that are somewhat playable, so good job shitting on france main another time Gaijin!
And the Chinese 11.0 lineup was very well balanced with plenty of vehicles to choose from with differents purpose/playstyle.
Maybe we don’t have the same definition of balanced tho, looks like gaijin understands it as :
“tank ok ? ok so tank too strong → get some higher br”.
Especialy vt-5 has no business going up in br, even, at 11.0 it’s not that fast, your only armor is your skill or luck, only really good thing about it is the 5 sec autoload.
You guys really blow my mind… War thunder is a really good game and it has literaly not competitor, why not making the game more enjoyable to those who spent thousands of hour on it, instead of adding new top tier premium each patch and destroying line-up.

Please don’t move the AMX-32 to 9.7. It really is not as good as the T-64B. And France does not have a 9.7 lineup. You guys are going to destroy the 9.3 lineup for no reason.

Why increase Namer’s BR?? It’s unreasonable to do so before fixing the issues with his armor and APS not functioning properly.

The only real thing you can do with the F-16A ADF would be to give it 9Ms (making it just a slightly worse F-16C at the same BR) or give it AIM-120C-5s, which will probably also increase its BR to 13.7 (we’re talking about Gaijin here).

I could agree with that. I dont think the cl13b would “struggle” at 9.3, but id like to avoid another Shenyang f-5 (one of the worse 9.3 fighters). The problem is that 10.0-10.3 range. Which will be a large amount of games.

Reason: Really? A second off the reload (compared to 11.3 contemporaries, like the CR2 or M1A1) already cost ~100mm in penetration (481mm of JM33 vs 560mm of L27 or 600mm of M890A1). It’s not like the Type-90 is massively faster than the M1A1 either, 28.2 hp/t vs 26.6 hp/t either. Nor is the Type-90s armour anything to talk about.
