Reasoning:
Currently the AUBL/74 HVG is in a pretty bad spot. None of its “advantages” really mean anything anymore with its competition. The round deals absolutely no damage, dealing equal or less damage than 35 and 25mm auto cannons (I’ve tested it) while also having a long reload for such low damage output. Its speed also doesn’t mean too much with all the fast mediums and even faster light tanks of the BR nor does its stabilizer since at 8.0 other tanks already have one.

To be honest, this planned battle rating changes comes at a shock and I’m very disappointed that ground battles is not getting an battle rating cap expansion from battle rating 12.0 to something else.
Is there any official reason why ground battles has this difference from air battles?
Also I’m satisfied that Köln is now at a higher battle rating, fighting that vessel using coastal units is not the most fun of the experience.
Gaijin, do you realize how absurd your reasoning is—so much so that it’s being rejected by the majority? Anyone with a brain knows that raising the BR of the Begleitpanzer 57 while leaving the BMP and 2S38 untouched is a complete joke. This isn’t just confirmed by the collective experience of most players, but also by actual data. Even the play rate statistics prove it. I’m genuinely curious—how exactly did your dev team conclude that the Begleitpanzer 57 is stronger than the BMD-4M after playing them? Or did they not even bother testing them at all? At this point, why not just admit that Russian premium vehicles are intentionally kept overpowered to squeeze more money out of players? That way, people would just shut up and pay you instead of wasting time arguing.

There’s an update note on the original post, both BMD-4 and BMP-3 as well BMD-4M is now at a higher battle rating.

CL-13B is very dominant at 9.0 with no other vehicle able to match its flight performance and gives little counterplay for any vehicle at or below its battle rating, even having 9Bs if the plane does have a speed advantage over the CL-13B. Even at 9.3 the only plane that can contest a CL-13B in a dogfight is the Ariete but here vehicles can at least use their speed advantage to avoid being forced into dogfights with it.

BR Change: 5.7 → 5.3
Reasoning:
The narval might be one of the worst vehicles at its BR if not the worst. Not only it gets outclimbed by pretty much everything, it literally cannot fight anything. It accelerates very slow, the airframe is very sluggish and it cant outmaneuver ANYTHING because of how bad it is. It works as a boom and zoomer, yes but at its current Br it cant do it properly because it gets outclimbed all the time and it just cant fight anytthing thats above it. The only way to fight with this plane is taking all head-ons which is not fun gameplay.

type 90 - 11.7 its horrible. This tank does not deserve such an upgrade solely because of its 4-second reload time and mobility. At the same time, the 11.3 has the M1A1 with a top-tier shell with 600 penetration, good mobility, and armor, and there are no complaints about it. Insane changes, cringe.
This might be first time Ive seen mods actually take into account player proposed changes while the thread was still open to taking suggestions.
