There’s an update note on the original post, both BMD-4 and BMP-3 as well BMD-4M is now at a higher battle rating.

Aircraft: CL-13B Mk.6
Change: 9.0->9.3
CL-13B is very dominant at 9.0 with no other vehicle able to match its flight performance and gives little counterplay for any vehicle at or below its battle rating, even having 9Bs if the plane does have a speed advantage over the CL-13B. Even at 9.3 the only plane that can contest a CL-13B in a dogfight is the Ariete but here vehicles can at least use their speed advantage to avoid being forced into dogfights with it.
Mode: Air Realistic Battle
Vehicle: S.O. 8000 Narval
BR Change: 5.7 → 5.3
Reasoning:
The narval might be one of the worst vehicles at its BR if not the worst. Not only it gets outclimbed by pretty much everything, it literally cannot fight anything. It accelerates very slow, the airframe is very sluggish and it cant outmaneuver ANYTHING because of how bad it is. It works as a boom and zoomer, yes but at its current Br it cant do it properly because it gets outclimbed all the time and it just cant fight anytthing thats above it. The only way to fight with this plane is taking all head-ons which is not fun gameplay.

type 90 - 11.7 its horrible. This tank does not deserve such an upgrade solely because of its 4-second reload time and mobility. At the same time, the 11.3 has the M1A1 with a top-tier shell with 600 penetration, good mobility, and armor, and there are no complaints about it. Insane changes, cringe.

This might be first time Ive seen mods actually take into account player proposed changes while the thread was still open to taking suggestions.
I want to say i like it yet im afraid theres some giant BUT were not seeing.
Brother, holy skill issue. This thing should have been moved up when it got tis 4.0 second reload lol.
The object 140 and its proposed change to move it from 8.3 to 8.7 will fundamentally kill the tank. Its not fit to fight 9.7 in the slightest, useless given a dart.
Additionally, the turm 3 remains at 8.3 for yet another change cycle, and that thing is better than the 140 in every way but armor.
This change to the 140 will kill the vehicles viability in GRB. This will fundamentally turn it into a last ditch backup for a 9.0 lineup since the USSR doesnt have a true 8.7 lineup in game.
It’s a rare premium to see on the battlefield. Moving it will kill its already rare presence.

Is the Namer 30 going to get its armor at 11.3 or maybe get more missiles? Both Namers missing armor, 4 unreliable spikes is not enough, and Trophy APS not working for 1.4 years… but sure lets put both to 11.3 when they weren’t doing well even at 10.7.

No problem if F-16C Blk 50 increase BR to 14.0 or 14.3, and AIM-7M replace with AIM-120C-5
Sadly, gaijin not increase maximum Battle Rating for ground vehicle top tier higher 12.0

Reasoning:
This plane its inferior to any other 12.0 even to some 11.7 br planes, also its the worst Phamtom 12.0 its have the weakness of every type of Phatom at this Br, the worst misiles, radar (no HMS), number of countermesures , engine but none of the strengths, even some 11.7 br planes like Mig 23 ML have better overall perfomance.

Wait a minute, has no one else seen the su 17 being moved down to 9.7? the thing has 4 r60s…
XM246 should be moved up to 8.7. 10 degrees depression, guns being close together while also very survivable makes it the best gepard clone in the game

Maybe I am over seeing something, but why dont get the F-16C and JAS-39C not atleast the AIM-120B? Both planes are very powerful, in a very high BR and they still have a bad loadout, especially if you think about that they get almost every round an uptier. Even the Tornado F.3 late got the AIM-120B.
The AGS in 11.7 makes no sense and is just another way to ruin things.
XM800T should not be moved up. That’s only going to harm the 8.3 lineup
