BR Change: 13.3 > 12.7
Reasoning: The F-16A was upgraded to the ADF to be able to use the sparrow and the aim-120 was later added. The F-16A ADF should keep its loadout with only Fox1 and Fox2 because it was in service with only sparrows at first. The other italian and Chinese F-16As can recive there aim-120 loadout and a be increase to 13.3 because they received those close to order. As of now the only non Fox3 F-16 with Fox2 loadouts is the japanese F-16aj.
Mode: Air Realistic
Aircraft: Jaguar GR.1A
Change: 10.7->10.3
The Jaguar is outclassed by most vehicles at its BR, with AIM-9Gs while other attackers have 9L at 10.7 with similar flight performance in some cases like the AMX. Any fighter at this tier can easily beat a Jaguar and have only moderately worse 9J or in the case of J-7D better and more missiles in the form of PL-5B

Similar to GR.1A except with even worse performance due to lower power engines. Compare this with Super Etendard at 10.3 both with Magic 1.

Vehicle: AUBL/74 HVG
BR Change: 8.0 → 7.7
Reasoning:
Currently the AUBL/74 HVG is in a pretty bad spot. None of its “advantages” really mean anything anymore with its competition. The round deals absolutely no damage, dealing equal or less damage than 35 and 25mm auto cannons (I’ve tested it) while also having a long reload for such low damage output. Its speed also doesn’t mean too much with all the fast mediums and even faster light tanks of the BR nor does its stabilizer since at 8.0 other tanks already have one.

Its performance should not leave it to be sitting at 8.3
2S38 battle rating change in ground arcade battles is more than justified and it’s fair, for instance:

This is the “efficiency” @Smin1080p_WT mentioned about I believe, at least on summary. I also belive this is not the only information taken of consideration.
To be honest, this planned battle rating changes comes at a shock and I’m very disappointed that ground battles is not getting an battle rating cap expansion from battle rating 12.0 to something else.
Is there any official reason why ground battles has this difference from air battles?
Also I’m satisfied that Köln is now at a higher battle rating, fighting that vessel using coastal units is not the most fun of the experience.
Gaijin, do you realize how absurd your reasoning is—so much so that it’s being rejected by the majority? Anyone with a brain knows that raising the BR of the Begleitpanzer 57 while leaving the BMP and 2S38 untouched is a complete joke. This isn’t just confirmed by the collective experience of most players, but also by actual data. Even the play rate statistics prove it. I’m genuinely curious—how exactly did your dev team conclude that the Begleitpanzer 57 is stronger than the BMD-4M after playing them? Or did they not even bother testing them at all? At this point, why not just admit that Russian premium vehicles are intentionally kept overpowered to squeeze more money out of players? That way, people would just shut up and pay you instead of wasting time arguing.
