Reasoning : The 2S38 has a second generation TVD, optical lock, and APFSDS capable of penetrating MBT frontal armor. A 10.7 or better is appropriate for such an outstanding vehicle.

Reasoning: This simply doesn’t have anything going for it in GRB. It’s fast, sure, but has poor maneuverability especially at speed and a terrible payload. The BMK is the same BR with 2.5x the rockets? Even most fighters at the BR have more payload!

I think your idea is good. If possible, it would be even better if you could implement the improved type as a separate vehicle.
I don’t understand the increased battle ratings for most of these vehicles, especially the MK2D, Sabra, Namers , KV-220, 2S38, AGS, 2AV, BMPs BMDs, Begleit, AMX-32, Object 685, Object 140 and StrfB non of these vehicles need to have their brs changed they fit exactly the battle ratings they are at.
In-fact they should be decreased (MK2D, Sabra, Namers, K-220 even 2s38, AMX-32) should go down , they are underperforming for their respective brs.
I do agree with the Tor missile complexes going up they are almost top tier. However, most of these battle rating increases should be reversed. Tiger 2s also should remain (don’t touch them) the way they are nice to see the KV-2 re-load increase (needs to be down to 15sec). PT-16 should go down to 10.0 Please and thank you!!

I think it is excellent for helicopters. But against jets, it is a tough fight.

Already got the Stormer AD for 10.0 as well.
We could get a later Stormer HVM or a major buff for the current Stormer HVM if it could take a mix of Starstreaks and LMM

What is your source to the reload changes ? KV 2 unrealistic 21 secs ? it should be closer to 35-40 seconds, so even now they reload faster than they should… but you do the silliest thing and cut it in half the real values… T29 change source ? If you go through this change, can I have please my money back for the T29 ? I paid for different vehicle with the characteristics she has now.
