or be betther than the JAPZ.K A2 / and the SK-105 A2 that are 8.7 but have more tech (gen 2 thermal, drone, spotting, a turret ; ), and even a better round) with the same fire rate
the fact of the transmission always breaking while receiving shot no armor against APFSDS you’re dead if you get hit and at 30 degree sideways you can’t aim (even more hull aim is already a tragedy by itself) really compromise its performance and usability

Reason: at the current moment the A-7D is a very slow and poorly armed platform for its battle rating, only having 2 Aim-9J’s. The poor speed, poor ability to turn, and poor armament mean that the A-7D will never reach its targets. Another reason is that the Harrier is a much faster aircraft with similar air to air armament at a much lower BR

It’s definitely rough for the Kurnass 2000. I’m not sure if its weaker than something like the F4J UK (that thing should be 11.7 anyway), but there’s no reason the 2000 should be at the same BR as the EJ kai or the F-18A.

Try to guide multiple rockets on multiple weapons, you can’t unless you go trough a complex process of breaking the TWS lock but keeping the radar scanning.
Beside it also tends to lock on ammunition dropped by a plane.
Tunguska has a more stable tracking than it…

Reasoning : Neither the maneuverability nor the armor of the Merkava Mk. 2D are commensurate with a 10.3, and it is clear that it is not on par with the T-72AV or T-80UD.
Its firepower is also average for a 10.0, and not particularly good.
It is impossible to raise it to 10.3 when BR 9.7 was appropriate for the vehicle in the first place.

I concede, Kit is more important
The F-15A is similar in the 1v1 to an F-16 Block 15. The energy generation is second only to the F-15E/I, and it is extremely fast at altitude. It has a vulcan with 940 rounds. It has 240 regular calibre countermeasures. It has a strong radar and strong IR missiles for 13.0.
The ONLY thing that is not excellent about it is the AIM-7Ms. It quite literally excels in every other category, keep in mind that some of the vehicles it cannot out-turn it can energy-trap.
Fortunately for you, I think WalletWorrier is very likely to also suggest moving up the Su-27.

Reason: much like the A-7D, the A-7E is extremely poor for its battle rating if not sitting at an even worse position. While it carries the better Aim-9G’s it is once again a very slow platform and unlike the A-7E has no long range air to ground munitions. And once again the A-7E is slower than the AV-8C sitting at 9.7 all the while sharing the same air to air armament
