Reasoning:
while the CV 90 platform in it’s entirely is pretty good, the 9030FIN on the other hand is extremely lackluster at the 9.3 battlerating, being stuck with a 30mm bushmaster and no additional weaponry to support it. Vehicles of the same capability (example. Warrior and M3 Bradley) are at 8.3 and has a secondary weapon additionally from the main gun, which is also around 25-30mm.
While the CV9030’s armor is somewhat better than the Warrior and the Bradley, it still does not justify the vehicle being around the same battle rating as the BMP-3, BMD-4, BMD-4M and Begleitpanzer 57. If it is to stay around 9.3, then it should have a secondary weapon, which it doesn’t. It only features a 30mm bushmaster with lackluster dart performance.

Its definetly stronger than the 9L only F-16s, but much weaker than the Aim-9M F-16s and Gripen A. So 12.7 is fine for RB, but SB, its dumb as hell to be 13.0

Not gonna happen because the round doesnt exist per se.
The are no SAPHEI rounds for the 57/70 platform, other than the “57 mm smgr m/70 f k sar”, which is basically an HE/HC round with a ballistic + penetrator cap and a delayed-action PD-Fuze.
(Technically there are HCER and HCER-BB but these arent compatible with the Mk 1).
The only other round that could maybe (technically) work is the slpgr m/44, but this round wasnt made for the 57/60 or 57/70 and thus it’s questionable whether it’d be possible to move this projectile into the 57/70 cartridge (57x438R). The only other round this was done with, is the slpprj m/67 (APCBC-T), which was however made for the 57/60 platform with the soon to-be-introduced 57/70 platform in mind.
Is this post even gonna be counted since it includes two vehicles rather than separate vehicle suggestions?
Historical reasons, their engines were governed to a power RPM and thus Horsepower and speed,
besides as opposed to the other Tiger IIs, the SLA.16 is only losing 80 hp and not 100hp, and had higher Horsepower to begin with (its only going to be 20hp short (680) of what the standard Tiger IIs were before (700)

JAS39A is a direct improvement for ARB yet they sit at the same BR
And neither can move up or down.

To be clear. I dont want it to increase with the current BR state. I was just defending it in the case of the decompression that WalletWorrier was suggesting. I doubt it had AIM-7Ps, the 15A was really quite early
