looking at the max AoA isnt comparing flightmodels there is more to it than ITR
In the absence of a decompression, the next best thing is just trying to balance the tanks at top tier.
Reload rate advantages were the default for a while for things like the CR2 and Type 90/type 10 but in recent years seems to have been forgotten.
It’s no 279, but it still has the 14.5mm that make short work of lights or Turms III turrets. Plus at 8.3, you can pair with PT-76-57. Fun-fun. Shame I missed out on getting that damn coupon in the KV-7 event, lol.
For the draken it isnt. Id take the mig19 airframe over the drakens any day of the week but since the draken gets 9js the main goal is to get the nose around asap

A higher ITR can sometimes mean an inversely lower STR and sometimes STR is more valuable than ITR.
Though generally an aircraft with good ITR probably has attributes that support a good overall dogfighter

the F-18 has great ITR but both the F-15 and F-16 have better STR and can win a dogfight with that
also the SEP lines can also be used tu judge energy retention and energy gain

the draken actually has the worst STR out of all of them
it also has really bad energy regain
it also trades in energy for position the worst
so in conclusion the J-35 is only able to pull alot of AoA once but it is unable to effectively regain it

Reasoning:
The plane in question got two 500kg laser guided bombs in addition to a thermal targeting pot, it is completely obsured that this vehicle is near 11.0 rather then 10.3 in ground realistic battles. The American F111A, also a dedicated ground strike aircraft, at the same BR does even get laser guided bombs or a thermal targeting pot. This plane, the Q-5L, got both.
In addition to this fact, this plane, the Chinese Q-5L is obscenely fast and can clime to altitudes that even missiles are incapable of getting close to. In my testing if you clime high and enter the battlefield, even the radar of most SPAAs can’t pick this plane up nor can they engage it.
In summery there is no nation in the game with a plane that can get close to this, ie. the adjustment to BR is appropriate and should be done for players enjoyment quickly.

KV-7 is okay, after the br increase, along with the KV-1E they’re kinda bad now. Because why should a heavy tank be a heavy tank?
