i understand your argument to say that the J-35XS is too high BR compared to what’s next to it at same BR,…
i have the same feeling with Mirage 4000.
however:
Both are in similar states - can’t go down due to weaponnary, but to bad for their BR.
Also winrate is meaningless, since i was carried in all my wins of the day, playing Mirage 4000 (* even saw a Su-33 doing 7 kills alone - an aircraft of same BR than Mirage 4000)

Imo m4k weponary isnt all that good. Its just more missiles than the m2k. There is f18s at 12.3 with hella radar missiles. There is one at 12.7 aswell.
I only play France and can’t say anything about the tech I haven’t touched. When it first came out, I know it was good, at least it looked nice. But that time has passed, and it’s extremely rare to see it in battle, which says a lot. But judging by what you say, the vehicle is a hostage to its missiles, like the Draken.

F-117 10.0 → 9.0 or 9.3
Mode: Ground Realistic
The F-117 is pretty bad at 10.0. Not only is it just worse than the A-4E Early which is 9.3, it’s only 0.3 lower than the A-7D and A-10A Early which are leagues better.
At 9.0, it will be far more useful, without being overpowered.
What is the reasoning the Ayit is being moved up? I’m guessing it’s because of its missiles+flares+flight performance, and would that reasoning not also apply to the early harriers? (Harrier GR.3 AV8A, AV8C, AV8S)
just fix the m300 round’s damage, and voila: its a good tank suddenly.
it doesnt make sense for a 60mm apfsds round with 250mm of pen to do less damage than a 30mm apds round with 80mm pen.
