stop lying the manual clearly states that the engine is limited to 2500RPM and that it cant exceed that
they do not
if an engine is governed it is also modeled ingame, for example the T-34
stop coping the Tiger Manual literally states it

What
I mean when it has proof we cant counter argue but when will be released this br change ?
i fail to see why the NF-5A is getting its countermeasure count reduced but the american F-5C is not also getting its countermeasures reduced despite having the same dispensers
They probably forgot. Same as why the kungstiger was not effected from the tiger 2 engine nerf even tho its the same engine. Give it time they will prob fix it (probably (hopefuly))
They already did
millions must ask
will the F16 MLU of china get the 120 countermeasures like its supposed to have?
like the F16AM MLU since its finally getting amraams
It’s… beautiful… Poetic really.
Radkampfwagen. Sturmtiger. Yak 9. In all these cases and more we ignore technical reality (correctly) because we understand that the purpose of a game is to be fun and balanced first, realistic second. We don’t care if a vehicle had just periscopes or cupolas too, they see the same. No turret basket? You reload as if you had one anyway.
The Tiger IIs are very strong, the Jagdtiger is not, the lineup as a whole has a big mobility deficit at a time when WT is dominated by light vehicles and CAS. This modification will make that deficit even worse, especially when combined with the inexperienced players that use this lineup. Shouting “the manual!” is looking at the finger rather than the moon.
Wow these are unrealistic so everything else can also be unrealistic
Most of which are now out of reach of the KT.
I mean… Yes? That’s literally what I’m saying. WT is incredibly unrealistic. Which is good because it makes it a better game.
Bc most things lack documents that are declassified. When we get good LEGAL sources the game adds that into the game.
Not really it needs some Realistic because thats what war thunder promises and when i want to play tank game with unrealistic i play world of tanks
Can we get a decompressing for 12.0 alr? maybe giving ground 13.0? The difference between the Leo 2 are pretty noticeable, same for the new multi vehicle SAM. This can be seen with the Type 90s moving up to 11.7, the TKX (P) is just better overall and yet it just stuck at 11.7 and can’t neither move up or down.
Yes and no. We know for sure that the Sturmtiger didn’t reload internally, yes? We just live with that for the sake of gameplay. We know for sure which tanks lack a turret basket but we don’t care because we want them to be competitive.
no we dont have exterior loading on the sturmtiger bc the game engine just doenst have the means to do that. That would require alot of animations which gaijin doesnt want to do. They just give it a long reload rate and call it a day. What they can do without effort however is go into the files and remove the 700hp and change it to 600 with almost no effort.
The literal quote from the Sturmtiger devblog was that its historical reload was “nonsense” and so they arbitrarily settled on a very long reload (by WT standards). Even if you don’t simulate the external loading mechanism you could have the reload take up to 3 minutes if you wanted to do it historically, but we don’t. Why? Because in that case nobody would play it.
Like, hello? This is a game. I can’t believe we still have to rehearse this discussion after so many years. We use third person view so we can see stuff over cover while being completely concealed. We always turn the turrets at the maximum allowed speed, which would also cause reliability issues to several vehicles if done in real life. We never have to worry about throwing a track. Our crews don’t bail the vehicle at the first penetration. I could go on. War Thunder is good at selling the illusion of realism, but if you want to talk technical, none of the tanks featured could be used like we do, running around left and right, without infantry support, with optics all bushed up.
It isn’t any more absurd to have a vehicle use its maximum theoretical rpm (since there is no reliability problem in this game) than to have a gun on a plane that would break the airframe when fired. Or than have ammo from the future issued retroactively to previous versions of the same gun.
It can, read the full manual…
The modul don’t work if the tank drives downhill, so the engine can rev more than 2500rpm than
Yeah bc that was a very big change and having a 3 min reload would just mke it bad. Loosing 100hp on the best 6.7 tank of the game is not a big deal and you act like they made the tank unusable.
