Please increase 2S38’s BR. It is way too strong in its current state and it doesn’t make sense that it’s being kept at 10.3 while other overpowered light tanks are actually getting their BR’s increased.
Nothing indicates that 2S38 is too strong for 10.3.

For my thoughts I would make the OCU as the Netz with OCU CAS capability staying in (Air 12.7 and Ground 12.0) since this one doesn’t have thermals pod. And make the ADF for 13.3 foldered in the OCU. Then add the new eMLU 13.7 with all the weapons it should have. After this please stop making OCU like a Frankenstein.

I agree MiG-23MLD should be go higher BR but, problem is not just MiG-23s.
Even within the 11.7-12.0 BR bracket alone, blurfor has access to this many fighters. These are not aircraft that the J-8B can handle by itself. Maybe MiG-23MLD is possible but, quite hard imo. And even some attackers, like the A-10C, pose a threat because of Mikes.

I find it quite baffling how the Tornado F.3 is the same BR in air as the phantom fg.1s. They all sit at 12.0 in air rb while the tornado has better radar, better rwr, and way better missiles but is a boat. Whatever thats fine, but how do you guys figure that the plane that cant take any bombs at all has a worse cannon for ground striking sits at 11.3 in Ground RB while the phantoms that has bombs, missiles, a m61 vulcan cannon sits at 10.7 in Ground RB? This makes 0 sense… Please look over this and move the Tornado down it is completely useless at 11.3 since there no lineup and other planes trash on it.
